There will be no Trump on the ticket in 2028, the first time since 2012 and Romney challenged President Obama.  The Democrats have had female nominee's who went on to lose, Clinton in 2016 and VP Harris in 2024, will they  chance their luck again and have another female nominee, Former VP Harris might run again, but this time she will face a contest from Democratic Governors, her advantage is that she does not have to defend President Biden, she can throw him under the bus this time.  Also the Democratic Nominee will have to run on his/her promise for the future.  The campaign can't just be about how bad Trump is, the American people want hope for the future.  On the Republican side VP Vance is the leading candidate, he has to worry about what Trump will say or do, the Trump Oval will want to be part of the news cycle, keeping quiet is not part of the Trump persona.

Finally Trump has seen the light or his polls have shown him he can't keep appeasing Putin.  The new sanctions are tough and should have some effect on India and China, they buy oil from Russia.  The new sanctions also target Iran.  Trump has scored a victory in Greenland by having permanent control of Greenland's security, he has to get his polls up before the Mid Terms in November.

Russia is an autocracy, ruled by one man, President Putin, he has destroyed whatever democracy there was in Russia in the 1990s.   The result is a forgone conclusion, the Regime will fix the result, the trick is working what the actual result would be without the fix.  The War in the Ukraine has been getting  the Russian people, refineries have been hit deep in Russia, there have been long lines for gas and even fights breaking out at gas stations.  Trump has called on the Ukraine to stop hitting oil refineries, as this effects the gas prices in the US, no mention of the War he started in Iran.  As the fix is in, one does wonder how many days does Putin have in power.

The Kyiv Forces are barley hanging on in the Donbas, the Russians have as the article states increased pressure with heavier Drone strikes.  It is reported that Putin has given his military to the end of the year to capture the Donbas.  The Kyiv forces have to hold on to the remaining part of the Donbas that they control.  Western Europe needs to do more, the US is out, to prevent more Russian gains and prevent WW3, Europe needs to support Kyiv.

No place in Russia should be safe from Ukrainian drones, the Kyiv targets assets that are help the Russisn military from oil facilities to the Russian version of Amazon, the Russian people are starting to feel the pain, fights in petrol stations, and long ques for petrol, the Russian military hit civilian assets, Tower blocks, hospitals, they do care about human life.  Western Europe needs to support the Ukraine even if the US does not at present, you never know with Trump.

It has been postulated that Iran will increase these attacks before November, they hope to hit a US Navy ship, they want to pull a Tet offensive of 1968 but at sea.  Trump has blundered in to the Iran War and won't follow through, it needs ground troops in Kharg Island, otherwise Trump is big loser.

The question is what is next, another pause or more attacks on Iran.  The US Navy has to take out bridges, railways and power plants and carry on with the attacks such as water plants.  IN Tehran the people should be forced out to demonstrate against Regime, if theocracy shoots protesters the US should take them out, the people should be free to protest, no more pausing the attacks, winning is better than losing.  One hopes that Trump has learned that lesson.

Thus this shows that Iran cannot be trusted, while Trump is desperate for a peace deal, the Tehran Regime knows that Trump is political trouble and will use this time to have endless talks while planning attacks like the above.  There are factions in Tehran, Revolutionary Guards are the hardliners, they want to carry the fight to the US and its Gulf Allies, the Government is more secular, they want talks, the Supreme Leader if alive is not talking or is a puppet of a the Guard.  Trump has to finish the job, these endless talks are a front, the Theocracy in Tehran is playing Trump, and Trump is such a fool he refuses to see it, this Iran War could turn out to be a major disaster for Trump and the US.  The acceptable outcome is a US win, or a disaster up their with Vietnam, Afghanistan and Iraq.

Thus while the Trump Oval talks peace again, the Tehran Regime gets allied terrorist groups to do their bidding, and export terrorism. The Trump Oval must accept that it cannot win a war, with its start and stop war, the Tehran Regime is playing him, they know his VP is against the War and so are the American people.  The great deal maker Trump has not sold the war to the American people or the MAGA base in the Republican Party, and the political cycle never stops, the Mid Terms in November and the 2028 Presidential cycle starts in 2027.  Time is not something Trump has to spare.

The reason Trump has changed his tune on Zelensky and the Ukraine is the fact that the Ukraine is winning on the front with its Drones and hitting Russia hard with new Drones doing damage to the Russian homeland.  Putin is on the back foot, and he can't hide the fact that Russia has lost a million men through Dearg and injuries.  The Ukraine has lost less due to their ability to developed new technologies and Drones.  The KYIV Governmemt still needs defensive missiles from the US and the continual Western support from NATO and the coalition of the willing.  The Ukraine has a fighting chance now, hope still lives in the Ukraine.
