Sky News: Reports that President Trump has played down the idea that the US would give security guarantees to the Ukraine before its President visits Friday to sign a minerals agreement.

If the Ukrainian President signs away its minerals rights to the US, it has to be based on security guarantees, Russian Bear has to be held off and like all bears or tyrants it comes back, this is 1938 all over again, Europe will need to place peacekeepers in the Ukraine to guard off against the Russian Bear.
