Moderate Democratic Senator opposes 3.5 trillion bill - Biden Era

Guardian- Live Blog: Reports the following in its 5.15pm post, " Senator Joe Manchin voiced “serious concerns” about Democrats’ $3.5tn spending package, after the Senate approved a blueprint for the bill in a 50-49 party-line vote. “Given the current state of the economic recovery, it is simply irresponsible to continue spending at levels more suited to respond to a Great Depression or Great Recession – not an economy that is on the verge of overheating,” Manchin said in a statement. "

Lets Get Real:

Thus we have moderation from Senator Manchin or President Manchin of the US Senate.  The Democrats are acting as if they had a over whelming mandate from the people for this fast spending on the US Credit Card.   They do not, the US voter faced a choice, either electing Trump or Biden, and they took a punt on Biden.  The Biden Oval wants to be up there with FDR or LBJ when it comes to spending, this is lunacy on behalf of the Democrats.  One can only hope that Manchin does not lose hit bottle, he has to be firm with the Democratic leadership in the Senate and the Oval Office, their project has to be scaled back, a lot, and not in the trillions.  One hopes one can trust Senator Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema to stay firm and demand REAL CHANGE or they vote NO. 

Afghanistan Update - Biden Era

Sky News: Reports " Nine out of the country's 34 provinces are now in the insurgents' hands as US troops continue their withdrawal. "

Lets Get Real:

The US is using its old B-25s bombers to push back the Taliban, that is good, but it does not negate the FACT that the Taliban need to be taken out on the ground by US troops, no US troops and the Capital Kabul will fall.   The horrors from there after the Taliban take over will shocked US voters and the liberal press.  At some point the Pentagon will ask the White House for covert action to be taken in Afghanistan, that means Delta Force, what will Biden do, SAY NO and allow Kabul to FALL and all writers on foreign policy to blame him.  A great leader would admit that he made a massive mistake and reverse himself, but then Biden is no leader, one can hardly wait for 2024 and the Presidential Election, let's hope the Republicans chose a young fighter to take the OVAL OFFICE away from Biden. 

Biden on Afghanistan - Part 2 - Biden's Folly

White House: Remarks by POTUS on Afghanistan, " No.  Look, we spent over a trillion dollars over 20 years.  We trained and equipped with modern equipment over 300,000 Afghan forces.  And Afghan leaders have to come together.  We lost thousands — lost to death and injury — thousands of American personnel.  They’ve got to fight for themselves, fight for their nation.

The United States — I’ll insist we continue to keep the commitments we made of providing close air support, making sure that their air force functions and is operable, re- — resupplying their forces with food and equipment, and paying all their salaries.  But they’ve got to want to fight.  They have outnumbered the Taliban. 

And I’m getting daily briefings.  I think there’s still a possibility — you have a significant new Secretary of Defense — our equivalent of a Secretary of Defense in Afghanistan, Bismillah Khan, who is a serious fighter. 

I think they’re beginning to realize they’ve got to come together politically at the top and — but we’re going to continue to keep our commitment.  But I do not regret my decision.  "

Lets Get Real:

Thus every man/woman/child killed by the Taliban is the FAULT OF JOE BIDEN, he cannot escape the verdict of history, he followed a Trump policy of getting the US out of Afghanistan, and as is generally agreed, Trump was dangerous, while Biden can not walk and chew gum at the same time.  It is sad to say that Biden is the next President Ford, he saw helicopters taking US diplomats out of the Saigon Embassy in 1975, it took the Vietcong two years to take Southern Vietnam after the US had left.  That will not be the time frame for the US in Afghanistan.   The Republicans should make Afghanistan a major issue in 2022 and 2024, Joe Biden is rebuilding the US on the bones of the Afghan People, as a good catholic Biden will have a lot to confess too.

Lets Get Real:

Thus POTUS is rebuilding the USA on the destruction of Afghanistan by the Taliban.  The 20 years that the US was in Afghanistan was for nothing, all the men/women of the Armed Forces lost, all the money spent, WAS FOR NOTHING.   The reason is Joe Biden has never been right about foreign policy and can not admit to himself that he is a lousy lead when it comes to foreign policy.  The Taliban will come to power, then we shall see that the various terrorist groups come to Afghanistan, starting with Al Qaeda and Daesh.  Afghanistan will become a terrorist State, the West will be back, there will be a terrorist incident in the future and it will be found that the origins of the act will be found in Afghanistan.  Poor Afghanistan, Poor World, Biden has no shame, as he does not understand the concept of leadership.
