Guardian: Reports the following President Obama’s remarks on ObamaCare, “ ..said it would be wrong for the "unelected" supreme court to take the "unprecedented and extraordinary" decision to strike down his signature health care legislation …”. One can make a prediction folks, that the individual mandate is gone but rest of ObamaCare has been left to stand, thus pushing the issue back to the Congress, the Republican House wont fund it, and the Democratic Senate does not want the issue again, thus ObamaCare is in suspension if the prediction is right.

Obama vs. The US Supreme Court
Legitimacy of the US Supreme Court and ObamaCare
Telegraph: Reports that President Obama has questioned the legitimacy of the US Supreme Court to strike down the individual mandate. Thus one has to ask has the result of the three day hearings before the US Supreme Court been leaked to the Oval, lets be honest here folks, the last time Washington D.C kept a real secret who was Deep Throat from the Watergate scandal, it turned out to be the Deputy Director of the FBI, also that President Kennedy had an affair with an intern. Thus one can read the remarks by the President in two ways, he thinks the Court is still discussing the issue thus open to pressure or has decided either to uphold or reject ObamaCare or parts of ObamaCare. Its tricky folks to mind read from a transcript at the best of times, but lets try, one can postulate that the result has been leaked, would POTUS take a shot at the Supremes if ObamaCare has been passed, they can still change their minds, that would VERY risky, or more likely the individual mandate has been revoked but the rest of ObamaCare has been allowed to stand, thus pushing the problem to Congress, that’s more likely folks. Interesting mind reading ahead folks.
Obama and the US Supreme Court
The Hill: Reports that President Obama has stated that Conservatives have attacked out of control Courts who replace the law with their own opinions, does not expect the US Supreme Court to be active and disallow the Individual Mandate. It odd but when it comes to liberal courses the left and Obama want the Courts to replace the law with liberal view points, but when it comes to ObamaCare, the best of example of Government over reach they want the US Supreme Court just to bow to the Oval. What a bunch of hypocrites.
Obama and ObamaCare
CNN Politics: Reports that President Obama has stated that over turning the individual mandate in ObamaCare would be a major step. One has to ask does the White House already NOW the result of the hearing before the US Supreme Court, it would surprise this blog if some of the details had not leaked somewhere, its just to big a secret to keep. As to over turning the individual mandate what about the fact that it goes against the US Constitution in the first place, as the left love to use race in elections context, at one time if you were black in the South you were a Slave, that was wrong, legally and morally, so in the view of ObamaCare if you take your first breath as a US Citizen after 26 years on your family’s healthcare you have to buy healthcare from the private market, is that not a form of Government slavery to benefit the private sector.
30TH Anniversary of the Falklands War
BBC News: Read the Timeline of the Falklands War. There should be a simple lesson to Argentina, the UK won and we will always defend the Falklands, they are British and will remain British as long the native people of the Islands wants to part of the UK. The present Government of Argentina should back off, how ever much they froth at the mouth the UK will never leave the Islands and are quite willing to defend them again in the future.
