In the modern social media age people who find themselves part of an incident can report via various social sites that they are safe and can report what they have seen, but it is important to recall that people only see part of an incident, and later what people see and what actually happened can be different folks.   Thus the importance of waiting for reports from the Police and law enforcement bodies.   Lets hope this incident comes to end with no one hurt.

This information is sketchy folks, the Capital according to latest reports is in lock down, there have been either one to many injuries, and there has been one arrest.  This is a developing story folks.   The press and political types should not rush judgement, this could be a domestic criminal act or terror, the FBI will tell the press as early as it can folks.  Watch this space folks. 

Obama's FAILURE to LEAD - 2nd Term Blues

The White House: Has a readout of the meeting between President Obama and Congressional Leaders last night, " Tonight, the President hosted a meeting with the members of the Congressional Leadership that lasted for over an hour.  The President made clear to the Leaders that he is not going to negotiate over the need for Congress to act to reopen the government or to raise the debt limit to pay the bills Congress has already incurred.  The President reinforced his view that the House should put the clean government funding bill that has been passed by the Senate up for a vote - a bill that would pass a majority of the House with bipartisan support.  The House could act today to reopen the government and stop the harm this shutdown is causing to the economy and families across the country.  The President remains hopeful that common sense will prevail, and that Congress will not only do its job to reopen the government, but also act to pay the bills it has racked up and spare the nation from a devastating default.  The President is glad that the Leaders were able to engage in this useful discussion this evening. ".

The real agenda of the Obama White House is shown by the phrase that the Oval will not negotiate, the art of politics folks is cutting deals, expecting the other side just to give up is not the way of the US system, in Europe Governments will large majorities can rule as they like, but the US Founding Fathers did not want a President to think he was  A King, it seems President Obama thinks he is King Obama, thus can rule by his word.    The Republicans have to keep their nerve, not give an inch on the CR, or on the debt ceiling.   Even Kings can sometimes over play their hands, Obama if wants a 100% WIN, could find he gets a 100% loss in 2014, the Democrats might not get the House back and the Republicans could retake the Senate, also the Republicans could nominate a candidate that could beat Hillary Clinton in 2016.  How long would ObamaCare last if the Republicans control ALL branches of Government.
