This group has been quiet of late in Europe, this could be them, mas murder with media attention, or they might want to claim it to show they are still about, either Putin or them, both are EVIL, as they showed in the Middle East, thus the West must have an open mind on the matter, we shall see who Moscow blames, if Kyiv we know that it is Moscow behind the attack.  In all events we might never know, Russia is an outlaw State due to Putin and his War with the Ukraine.  Thus anything out of Russia is suspect, time will tell.

The above could be the doing of President Putin, there have been rumours of days that a terrorist attack would happen, Putin might use the above as a reason to drop the atomic bomb on Kyiv, it would end the War, in the Russian view.  The West has to be ready for the above, and keep arming the Kyiv Government.  Let's recall Putin uses prisoners from jail in the Ukraine War, he would have NO problem in dressing the prisoners in Ukraine uniforms and finding them dead after the attack.  As Hitler did with his invasion of Poland in 1939.  The West should have its ears open, in thus case NSA and GCHQ in the UK and the CIA and MI6 on the ground.
