The are now removing their personnel from the nuclear plant, the reported False Flag operation is for tonight, putting explosives on the roof would like the Kyiv Forces had attacked the plant, the roof is important, as it would not cause that much damage, and the Russians do not want to send radiation on their supporters in East Ukraine and their troops. One wonders have the US sent a secret warning to the Russian, destroying the plant could bring in US troops.
