New Venezuelan President scorns Trump - Update

Daily Mail: Reports " Venezuela's new hardline socialist leader Delcy Rodriguez hurls insults at Trump as Rubio sets out US demands and says 'adversaries' cannot control the country's oil "

Lets Get Real:

The above could be for internal public show, to give the impression that the Regime is still in charge, if not then the Trump Oval will have to take further military action, and remove the Regime from power.   The Oval Office can not afford to lose any credibility over Venezuela, this might be the only time Trump has a chance to make his mark in Southern America.  Also it would cut off oil aid and monies to Iran, Cuba and Russia.  Also Cuba could be on the horizon ( please see previous post ).  Tense hours and days ahead for Venezuela and the Trump Oval.

VENEZUELA Defenc Minister calls for the return of Maduro - Update

Sky News: Reports in its 4.40pm post that the Venezuela Defence Minister has stated that Maduro should be returned as President.

Lets Get Real:

The Trump Oval might say its running Venezuela, but that depends on the Maduro Regime playing ball, otherwise the US might need troops on the ground, tricky after Afghanistan and Iraq, the US might need to put the fear of God in to the Regime, do as we say or there will be another military strike.  INTERESTING to see who blinks first, Trump wants the oil and the return of Democracy to Venezuela or what is the point of the action.

Is Cuba NEXT ? - Update

Guardian: Reports in its 2.49pm post that the US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has stated that Cuba could be next.

Lets Get Real:

No one has more loathing for the Communist Government than this Blog.   If you read enough about JFK, the loathing migrates to you, the political prisoners held, supporting left wing groups in the America's, a cancer on the body politic of Southern and Central America.  The problem is JFK stated that US would never invade Cuba at the conclusion of the Cuban Missile Crisis.    As it was said during the Cold War, is it NOW void, interesting diplomatic question.

US has the leverages over the new Venezuela Government - Secretary Rubio

BBC News: Reports that Secretary of State, Marco Rubio has stated the US has leverage over the new Venezuela Government.

Lets Get Real:

The US Government has learned from IRAQ, they are going to use Maduro Government to get what they want, the oil and Iranian and Cuban advisors OUT, if the Government does not agree, then the US can use force. The US cannot keep the Naval force on standby forever, thus expect action either way, the new Venezuela President has stated she will play ball, we shall see the outcome.
