The President has not listened for calls to have a pause, this is the right move by the Trump Oval.  The Trump Oval has to hammer Iran, force the Tehran Regime to talk or force it from power.  The Revolutionary Guard wants to fight on, the secular government wants talks, there are factions in Iran, Trump should force them in to talks.

John Healy New Chancellor - Update

Thus this shows what a principled Resignation gets you, this blog thought that Healy would get his old job back as Defence Secretary when he was walking up 10 Downing Street.  This a plum of an appointment, but also means that Healey will have to find funds for Starmer's Defence plan, and make it stick to keep the Military in the MOD happy.  Also the new PM want to end rough sleeping, that is the best thing he could come up!  This will not work, because rough sleepers have various reasons for not going to shelters, they are on drugs or have dogs or other mental problems.  Our new PM the boy wonder thinks he can spend half his time in Manchester, the World does not wait for politicians to get their act together, what if Putin tries something to test the new PM and NATO.  The Civil Service will make sure he attends leaders Summits, he think he has free time, he cannot spend half his live on trains and cars going to Manchester.   This blog can see a crash in political fortunes to the boy wonder, he might have charisma, but will he be a good WAR LEADER, should Putin try something in 2030 before an expected UK ELECTION.  All political careers end in failure, you have to be very lucky for that not to happen, just ask Sir Keir Starmer.

10 Day Pause suggested in US - Iran War - Update

This blog would not be surprised if Trump Oval goes for this pause, he has shown a yellow streak although the WAR, the Tehran will support it and then go back to hitting tankers in the Strait of Hormuz.  The Trump Oval would be foolish to go for this pause, it would allow Iran rest from the bombing, and they could hide their drones and missiles.  Thus kind readers of this blog should not be surprised if Trump starts his appeasement rhetoric again.  The US should be bombing the Iranian civic structures day and night, that means bombing bridges, power stations, airports, road, anything helps the Regime function.  A stop and go WAR does not help the US Military, it fact it causes frustration with the Oval Office.

Let's recall ALL PMs come in to OFFICE with hope, less that two years ago Sir Keir Starmer came in to OFFICE with Labour's second biggest majority.  The U turns, bad poll number and a disaster in the local elections did Sir Keir in, also he was disliked, the Sir Keir was seen as an robot with no charm, the new fellow Andy Burnham has charisma, let's see what his poll number are like after six months, if not good and Labour MPs see themselves out of a job then they have blood in the mouth, they got rid of the Robot, they will not shy about getting rid of the body wonder with charisma.  Politics is a brutal game, events, events can do a PM in, there is the WAR in the Ukraine and US v Iran in the Middle East.  The boy wonder should enjoy this time, it wont come again.
