White House: Released a statement on US and Russia talks, the sides have agreed a ceasefire in the Black Sea.

Lets Get Real:

This is something for Trump to  crow about, also re - direct the press hounds from the WhatsApp security scandal.  We shall see what the Ukraine gets from the deal, it is still looking for an security back stop,  either the US or Europe. The readout from the White House makes it clear that the Trump Oval does not want to be the security back stop in the event of something going wrong, and it will with Putin charge of Russia.

 Sky News: Reports in its 11.40am post, that Russia is blaming the Ukraine for no joint  communication on US and Russian talks yesterday.

Lets Get Real:

I wonder who the US supports in the row, normally with Trump it is the Russians, it will be interesting to get the view from from Kyiv.  ONE hopes with the WhatsApp row, the Trump NSC, is carful who it burns, the Trump Oval has to be tough with Russia, Putin is masterful manipulator, Trump is not.

God forbid that the Trump was tough on Russia, on the other hand after the leak from the WhatsApp discussion, the Trump NSC does not want to be labelled appesers,  no wants to be compared to Neville Chamberlain, it will be interesting to see what comes out later today!
