Sky News: Reports that Russia has stated they do not accept the need for NATO tròops in Ukraine as a form of a security by the coalition of the willing.

The Ukraine needs NATO Troops as a security guarantee, to prevent Russia going back on any deal. Former President Medvedev has a habit of sabre rattling, one does question how close he is to Putin. Any real deal needs a credibility of US and Western Security, in less Trump takes the side of Putin again.
