Iran will probably turn up for talks with the US in Pakistan - Pakisten

Thus it seems that Tehran as going to come to the talks, it will be interesting talks, as Trump will have to make concessions from the perspective of Tehran, they know that they have POTUS over a barrel.  The Trump Oval wants out, and he has sent his VP to take the political arrows if the deal falls flat in Washington D.C.  There are reports that their will be time limits on Iran's nuclear stockpile, that they could enrich it after 20 years, another President in the White House who will have to deal with the issue.  The US could be allowing Iran to have a toll on the Strait of Hormuz, that will not down well with the Gulf States and European States.   Trump is no Truman, JFK or Reagan.

Let's Get Real:

At least the sounds out of the Trump Oval are good, before it looked liked the Tehran Delegation would not turn up.  They must know that they have Trump over a barrel, he wants out of the Iran War, he wants a another WIN to his so called title of Peacemaker when it comes to 10 Wars! He still wants a that illusive Nobel Prize.   It will be interesting to see who concessions he gives to Iran, that they can keep their nuclear stockpile or run the Strait of Hormuz  as they like.  The question is how will sell the deal to the US public after being so critical of Obama's deal.  That is the problem of electing a reality tv show star to the Oval.
