BBC News; Reports in its 1.57am post that the US Senate approves resolution to open Government, the Resoultion now goes to the US House of Representatives.

The Dems in the Senate just caved, they get a promise of a vote on Obama care subsidiaries, thar is all, the House is more complicated, the Democratic Left can bring more pressure to keep the Government shut, in till they get what they want on Obama Care subsidiaries, more money as usual from the government. The next fight in the House.
