Either Iran reacts or does nothing, if wise and that is questionable they will not act, thus a limited operation from the US.  Trump has no Presidential Credibility any more, his harsh rhetoric on Iran is not march by military reality.  The Tehran Regime can outlast Trump, the Oval has to worry about the Mid Terms that should see Democrats take the House, even the Senate is a possibility, then in depth investigations by the Democrats and the start of the 2028 Presidential Election cycle.

The Trump Oval will be touting this development in a failed strategic campaign, the military action has failed to move the Tehran Government, the only thing that will work is US ground troops, that is the one option that Trump is afraid to take, he genuinely is afraid of the loss of US Service personnel, Presidents should expect to lose troops, if they are going to be successful in foreign policy.  Trump is going big on global sanctions on Iran, we shall see if that works.  Trump and Putin are delusional, that is why they are friends, nuts like fellow nutters!

Thus this shows that Iran cannot be trusted, while Trump is desperate for a peace deal, the Tehran Regime knows that Trump is political trouble and will use this time to have endless talks while planning attacks like the above.  There are factions in Tehran, Revolutionary Guards are the hardliners, they want to carry the fight to the US and its Gulf Allies, the Government is more secular, they want talks, the Supreme Leader if alive is not talking or is a puppet of a the Guard.  Trump has to finish the job, these endless talks are a front, the Theocracy in Tehran is playing Trump, and Trump is such a fool he refuses to see it, this Iran War could turn out to be a major disaster for Trump and the US.  The acceptable outcome is a US win, or a disaster up their with Vietnam, Afghanistan and Iraq.

10 Day Pause suggested in US - Iran War - Update

This blog would not be surprised if Trump Oval goes for this pause, he has shown a yellow streak although the WAR, the Tehran will support it and then go back to hitting tankers in the Strait of Hormuz.  The Trump Oval would be foolish to go for this pause, it would allow Iran rest from the bombing, and they could hide their drones and missiles.  Thus kind readers of this blog should not be surprised if Trump starts his appeasement rhetoric again.  The US should be bombing the Iranian civic structures day and night, that means bombing bridges, power stations, airports, road, anything helps the Regime function.  A stop and go WAR does not help the US Military, it fact it causes frustration with the Oval Office.

As this blog suggested some time ago, Iran would take the WAR outside its borders.  Thus far it has been the Gulf States, Jordan, now it is a drone strike that was being defused in Iraq.  What if Tehran restarts the Iraq - Iran WAR, that would be nightmare for the Trump Oval.  The Trump Administration has to go all in when comes to the Iran War, win quickly and finish the job, before Iran acts and the Mid Terms.
