The Afghanistan and Iraq WARS have put off the American voters off from supporting Liberal intervention, JFK or Reagan would have sold the Iran War to the voters, Trump never did, thus a stop and go War in Iran, Trump is weak and thus the US is seen as weak, Trump does not have the time to play games with Iran.
