Back to the Ukraine Front, while the News networks cover the War Iran, Putin's Russia still attacks the Democratic Ukraine, one should not forget this Long War, its like WW1 with its Trench Warfare.  This War could lead to WW3, whatever Trump thinks of the War. It's best to review a speech after a good night's sleep.  The speech was angry, POTUS defended is domestic agenda, he seemed to get more angry as he went on, his poll numbers have gone down, every 2nd term President has this problem, it should be noted Reagan's polls went down after Iran - Contra, his polls only went up after he admitted the policy mistake from the Oval Office.  Let's note Reagan left OFFICE with a 63% approval rating and his VP becoming President.  One wonders if Trump can do the same.

Trump has pulled the trigger, what will China do, have the same Tariffs on US goods, a tariff War looks likely, are we heading for recession or depression, these kind of economic wars help no one, will China keep its powder dry and hope common sense comes to the White House.  One has to ask has Trump47 gone bonkers, who can stop him, the Congress is in Republican hands, the Courts take time, the clock ticks to 12am.

This could be the tariff that breaks Trump, China can wait out Trump, and they are communist, so no democracy to threaten them.   The threat by POTUS to add a further 50% is a mistake, China is a proud nation and face is important to them, also they have eyes on the Democratic Taiwan, they will not want the World to see that China can be bullied and humiliated over Tariffs.  POTUS should recall that COVID came form China, after either a leak from a lab or an intentional leak by China, the debate on that still goes on.  China can hit back if it wants, human life is not held high by the Communist Government of China.

BBC News:  Reports in its 4.35pm post that UK PM has stated more support for the Ukraine this year.

Lets Get Real: 

The policy on the Ukraine will test the unity of the EU and the UK, if Trump 47 pulled the plug on funding, then Europe will have to decide, welfare or military support for the Ukraine.  As with the Tariffs battle, Trump is not afraid to hit allies badly in the pocket.   The Kremlin will look on and bounce on weakness.  Interesting time ahead for NATO.

Biden's Job Approval at 36% - Trump47

CNN: Reports on a new CNN poll that finds President Biden"s job approval at 36%.

Lets Get Real:

The Biden Approval numbers are in the toilet, not as bad as Jimmy Carter in 1981 and Bush 43 in 2009.  The American people view the Biden Presidency as a failure, the economy in the view of people is bad, groceries cost to much, and the buck does not cover every day costs.  The Ukraine - Russian War is stalled.  Today we have news of a ceasefire between Hamas and Gaza, months to late. The Biden view of his Presidency is to rosy.
