POTUS does not understand the Middle East, all he understands is real estate and reality TV.  The Jerusalem Government is not going to take orders from Trump, the Government has elections coming up, so does Trump.  The Trump cannot bully Jerusalem any more, the Lebanon War is popular in Israel, it secures Northen Israel from attacks by Hezbollah.  Thus Trump know threatens Iran, Trump has shown he is a chicken of the first order.   They are empty threats from Trump,  he has made to many.  At least the Switzerland talks are going well in the Vice - President Vance, will it be Trump or Vance that are successful.

The Tehran is playing the US, they are experts in long drawn out talks.  They made one US Diplomat cry during the Obama Administration.  The US - Iran Deal is good for Tehran Bad for the US, Tehran can close the Strait of Hormuz at any time, it can bring down the Western economy, POTUS is a bad deal maker, he started a WAR he could not finish.

This was always going to happen, the Tehran Regime will place pressure on the Trump Oval to place pressure on Israel, the Jerusalem Government will not move from Lebanon, the security of Northen Israel is at stake, threats of Drones and missiles from Hezbollah and Iran.  The US - Iran was a bad deal, it showed Trump is a chicken of the first order.

Would explain why his staff thought he would need a wheelchair in his 2nd term, if re-elected.

This down to American pressure or Iranian pressure on the Trump Oval.  Trump has done the worst deal possible and is now having to listen Tehran demands.  The Hawks in the US have been critical and commentary has also being critical.  POTUS has shown he is a chicken of the first order.

The tricky problem of Israel still in Lebanon, the MOU is not popular in Israel and neither is Trump.  The people of Israel think they have been sold out by an ally.  At least Israel is standing up to Hezbollah and Iran, that cannot be said of the Trump Administration.  Trump is a TACO President, a chicken in other words.

Lebanon is in the latest leaked 14 points, Israel should leave Lebanon.  The Israeli Government has made it clear it is not leaving, and will stay in its security zones, Trump can not afford to cross the Israeli lobby before the Mid Terms in November, the Israel supporters in the Republican Party will stand up for Israel.  Trump has said the deal is not final if he is not happy with the final result, this shows how erratic and delusional Trump is at the moment.

The US - Iran Deal - Appeasement - Update

Let's Get Real:

If you want to read what Appeasement looks like, just read the 14 points.  It was written in Tehran.  An investment fund of 300 billion, the ending of the war in Lebanon, ending of sanctions on Iran, respect the internal sovereignty of Iran.  NO wonder the deal is hated in Israel, its worse than Munich 1938.  ONE hopes the Hawks in the US take the deal apart.  The US cannot order Israel around, it is also a nuclear power. On the plus side for the Strait of Hormuz is to open, but no mention of the nuclear stockpile, just Iran saying it does not want a NUKE, Tehran will never give up its nuclear stockpile.

Memorandum of Understanding to be sent to Congress - Update

Lets GET Real:

This would be a mistake by POTUS, one can think of a few Republicans and Democrats who would be opposed to the deal, to the hawks it will be seen as a massive blunder and mistake by Trump by folding to Iran.  On the Democratic side they will just oppose because its TRUMP and that he went to War with Iran in the first place.  The Trump Oval should recall its the Mid Terms in a few months time, what if the MoU is defeated, what then, and what if Israel keeps its troops in Lebanon, will they be attacked and how will they respond.  The Trump World might face the real World, and show how deluded the President of the United States is at the moment.

POTUS has no real understanding of the Middle East, he THINKS as a real estate developer and a reality TV star, there is Trump World and the REAL WORLD.  Israel believes and lives in the REAL WORLD.  They are the ones threatened all around, and the chief culprit is Iran and the terrorist groups they support.  ISRAEL must defend itself from threats.

Israel has made it clear that it is staying in its security zones in Lebanon.  There are a few days days before the official signing ceremony, let's see what happens in Lebanon, a week is a long time in politics!  The Daily Mail reports that VP Vance is not keeping to the line that the Strait of Hormuz will be forever toll fee, that it is for later talks, what about the nuclear stockpile will the US get that or does Iran get to keep its nuclear Ace.  Trump has stated that the US will not give money to the Tehran Government like the Obama Administration did, is that still true, or was it another lie from Trump who cannot tell the difference any more, there is the REAL WORLD and the deluded world of Trump. Time will tell.

This blog will hold its breath on this, let's see what Israel and Hezbollah do, if its part of the deal that Israel leaves Lebanon, its simply not going to happen no matter what Trump thinks on the issue.  The extension of the ceasefire for another 60 days, will allow the sides to talk.  Let's see if Iran opens the Strait of Hormuz as per the agreement, this blog does not trust Iran to give up its nuclear stockpile.  Tricky days ahead.

If Iran does attack Israel they have the right to hit back hard.  In the Middle East it always has been an eye for eye, it a violent area, and Israel will have to warn Iran off.  Tehran might grow up and not take action.  This would please Trump on his birthday.  Then the US - Iran can come in to force.

All politics is local as a great Democratic Speaker of the House of Representatives once stated.  The Jerusalem Government has to think of the forthcoming elections, the Opposition parties are tougher on Hezbollah than the present Government, thus the Government has to respond to ant attacks on its soldiers or Northen Israel.  On this the Jerusalem Government is right and Trump only cares about Trump and his birthday, today.

One does wonder if Trump is going to phone Israel to complain, and will Jerusalem take any notice. Israel is not the 51st State, the Israeli PM should not take orders from the Oval.  There are elections in Israel and the US, in the US the Trump Oval could lose the House of Representatives to the Democrats, while the Israeli PM could lose his job.  All politics is local.

The Jerusalem Government has followed the Trump's Oval request and stated it would stop strikes on Iran.  The one condition is, if  Hezbollah hits Israeli towns then Israel will hit Beirut, thus back to start again! No wonder the Middle East is a mess.  Time for Trump to get his delusional peace deal to the end.

Does Trump have any Presidential Credibility with the Israeli PM, the Israeli people want action, it might be a good time to break with Trump, Zelensky got a dressing down from Trump in the Oval Office and he is still there in the Ukraine, fighting for the Ukrinian people on the World Stage.  The Israeli PM is in charge of a Sovereign State, he should not take orders from President Trump.

Thus the conquences of giving a conditional blank cheque to ISRAEL.  This blog supports Israel 100%, but US and Israel agenda might differ.  In the eyes of Israel the Hezbollah terror group is an arm of Iran and has to be destroyed, its either the survival of Israel or Hezbollah, a terrorist group.  The US just wants out of the Iran War it started, its all about inflation and the price of gas.  Trump must follow through and take out the Tehran Regime.

This could torpedo the US - Iran talks, Tehran has made it clear that the ceasefire should cover Lebanon and the terrorist group Hezbollah.  The Israeli people, especially those living in Northen Israel want the rockets fired by Hezbollah in Lebanon to STOP.  Thus Jerusalem is under political pressure to take a firm stand, no matter what Trump wants.  This blog gave a warning about a blank cheque to Israel.
