Lets Get Real:

The sanity of the 2028 race for the Presidency, and for the Democratic Nominee, the front runners so far, Governor Shapiro and former VP and 2024 Nominee VP Harris.  Governor Shapiro has come out fighting and making Harris squirm for 2028, it seems that the Harris team asked in 2024 if the Governor had ever been an agent for Israel, who would ask that kind of question, what was the mind set, and why has Shaprio told this story, 2028 is few years away, but the Governor wants to start making waves, and how and why Harris lost in 2024.   The former VP blamed former President Biden has his debate and late withdrawal from the race,  also she stated in her memoirs that Governor Shapiro wanted to be co-President, not just Vice President.  The VP's memoirs are worth a read, more fun when former candidates are more truthful than you would expect.  Thus Shaprio wants his named as of the front runners for 2028, if WW3 does not happen by then, you cannot tell with Trump.

President Obama is great at rhetoric, and has charisma to spare, but it was a mistake to say such remarks with President Trump on a State Visit to the UK, if nothing else it will annoy Trump, who has a very thin skin to insults from Democrats, and from Obama specifically.  Lets recall that the American people had a choice of a third Obama term in 2016 with Hillary Clinton, and they elected Trump45, Obama  left OFFICE with a 58% approval raring in a Gallup poll, well behind Reagan on 63% and Clinton on 66%.  Also Reagan saw his VP became President, Bush41, no two term President following has had that success.  BIDEN was thrown out by his own Party.

The VP is looking for someone to blame, she has such a short period to get her campaign ready and she also complains that the White House did not see her as part of the team, she suggests that her success would have been a success for the President.  One can not think that Bush 41, the most loyal Vice - Presidents in history making such remarks.  It could be that former VP Harris is thinking about 2028, she would be able to say that she did not get a fair crack of the whip due to the late drop out of Biden after the debate.   At the end of the day its down to the President should he run again, Nancy Reagan did not want Ronald Reagan to run for 2nd term, but Gipper wated it and it was successful with the exception of Iran - Contra, the Cold War came to end in Iceland, almost all nuclear weapons were nearly banned, Reagan was more of a dove than people give him credit for.  Within a year of Reagan leaving Office, the Berlin Wall came down and then the dissolution of the USSR in 1991, under Reagan's chosen successor, Bush 41.

The books have started on how President Biden was on the decline during his first term.   How can you not recognize George Clooney, an A Lister if the term mean that much in Hollywood these days.  This adds to the argument that President Biden should not have run in 2024 that he was protected by the Democratic machine and by the liberal media, the media should have been all over this during the primaries, when DNC moved South Carolina to the front of the pack and prevented a proper primary challenge.  The disastrous debate performance was seen by over 51 million Americans, the elites for a few weeks tried to say that the people had not seen what they had seen.   It was the WORSE debate performance in US Presidential history, worse even than when President Ford in 1976 debate said that Eastern Europe was not under Soviet Control.  Let's look at the future, none of the Democrats impressed at the moment, its only 2025, how about George Clooney for 2028, he as made his political bones with his letter, he has the backbone, time for another actor in the Oval.

The choice of Bobby Junior has split the Kennedy family, the views of Junior is out of the mainstream to be fair, but the late Ambassador Kennedy would have been appalled, it was family first and second.  One can argue about the merits of his views, but one thinks that Kennedy family have given enough to the US, the deaths of President Kennedy and his brother Robert F Kennedy, so on this this blog is in favour of the nomination, its is not like Bobby would be close to the Presidency, should anything happen to Trump and Vance at the same time, the next in line is the Speaker of the House.  The hearing was as expected, the Democrats attacked, while the Republicans were supportive.  This blog would not be shocked if the nomination failed, that is the game of politics.

 CNN: Reports that the US House of Representatives has passed a CR, it will carry on funding the Government in till March 2025.

Lets Get Real:

The Republican Speaker needed Democrats votes to pass the CR, it was opposed by over 30 Republicans, next year could be the same, Trump47 better learn to deal in D.C terms, if LBJ, Ronald Reagan and Bill Clinton can do it,  then Trump47 has to learn is own art of the deal.  IF Trump47 wants to renew his tax cuts, and get his domestic agenda through Congress, he has to deal with Democrats.

The Republicans and Democrats are playing games, neither want to take responsibility for the US debt, both sides have spent money they don't have, through welfare and tax cuts.  The question must be asked, CNN avoided asking, what about the present President, is he in charge or not, has he completely gone gaga, Biden has been quite, thus far, he is a deal maker after all, after all those years in the Senate. WHERE IS President Biden?

This will annoy both Trump47 and Putin, the American President wants appease Putin, the Russian President wants to take the rest of the Ukraine like Hitler took the rest of Czech Republic in 1938/39 after the Munich Agreement between Hitler and Chamberlain.  THE presence of UK troops would be a line that Putin will not want to cross, e.g WW3.

As reported the Ukraine secret service has admitted it was behind the assassination of a WAR CRIMINAL, who has used chemical weapons on the battlefield and thus KYIV has shown it can hit Russia at leadership level, the General was in charge of protecting Russia's nuclear and chemical forces, the bombing was close to the Kremlin, no one is safe in the Russian leadership, this will unerve Putin and the rest of the Russian leadership, thus from the Ukraine perspective, a good job, now wait to see how the Kremlin responds.

TRUMP was named person of the year by Time, in an interview as noted in above article Trump47 stated he opposed sending arms to the Ukraine, so Biden must hurry with the arms shipment before his time is up.  From January 20th, Trump will appease Putin, he will try force Ukraine in to talks with Russia, we are on the road to WW3, and our leaders are clueless, it will come as night follows day, Trump47 is Chamberlain and Putin is Hitler.

Israel has been busy with air attacks on Syrian military facilities, Israel is concerned that Islamic terrorists will get hold of Syria's chemical weapons and armes that were supplied by the Russians and Iran.  TURKEY has raised concerns about these attacks, a new Syria will need an Army.  The West hopes for the best, but must be on ALERT for terrorists taking over in Syria.

Daesh is in the North, this is controlled by the Kurds, the US wants to keep IS in its box, the worry is that the main group that lead the new Syrian revolution HTS has links with AL Qeada and Daesh and is stated by the US as a terrorist group and its leader has a ten million ransom on him by the US, so the US is on ALERT, thus the 75 military hits in the North, while the rebels are using the right words for present, what does the future hold, even Daesh was good with horrible PR, Assad is now in Moscow, Putin"s problem to deal with, Russia has 2 naval bases in Syria, they will want to keep them, Iran will want to play a role in Syria, for its own security, a lot for Trump47 to deal with in 2025.

The ceasefire is holding, the Biden Oval will be happy on its way out, as Gaza the WAR is on going.  President Biden will hope to close it down before January 20th 2025, before Trump returns to the Presidency.  In the Ukraine the Russians are advancing in East Ukraine, KYIV Governmemt is out of men as reported on CNN, they have to use Drones to attack the advancing Russians, they will face pressure from the Trump Oval to have a ceasefire, it will start from the 1st day of the Trump 47 2nd term.

It's a pity that the US and UK did not give permission early on for their use, Putin has already won with election of Trump47.   At least they can go down fighting, while Trump47 appeases Putin's Russia.

THE latest polls have Trump leading by 2% or Harris by 5% or tied.  Thus you can see why Democrats are getting their knickers in a twist, Harris is the media darling for the Liberal press, female, a Californian Liberal, and black.   The VP might still win, but its tough, could this  be 2000 or 2016 again.  ANOTHER Trump term, this blogs political gut is saying YES.

Wider regional War, depending I'd any damaged, Awaiting developments.   The critics of the Israeli PM, will argue that Iran has given what the Israeli PM wanted WAR with Iran.

If true this will keep the OVAL happy, they do not want another Gaza.  This is a mistake by Israel, when you have the enemy on the floor you finish the job.   Hezbollah could rebuild itself if given time, POTUS will be gone in January, Israel should use its free hand, while politics plays itself out in the US

Hezbollah should be pushed in to Syria, give Lebanon the chance to breath freedom  This could be their only chance.

Israel has had good luck and great intelligence so far, it should be careful, Hezbollah might want a fight in Lebanon, they have had years to get ready.
