This not the American attack, so far its only Sky News running this story, nothing on the BBC or CNN.  Also the UK PM is in Japan, the Oval would not mount an operation with the British PM out of the UK.   The explosions could be a gas leak or an attack by MOSSAD or the CIA.  Of course it could be resistance to the theocracy!
