As stated in previous post, Tehran is playing Trump, to be more precise the Revolutionary Guard, the religious hawks wanted the WAR to go on, even the suppose Supreme Leader has placed the success of the MOU in the hands of the President of Iran, a dove in Iranian terms, but the secular government has to be careful of the Revolutionary Guard, they play for keeps. Thus the War goes on.

Russian Ship Fires at UK Yacht - Update

Guardian: Reports the following, " Russian frigate fires warning shots at British yacht in Channel – reports.....Ministry of Defence investigates after shots apparently fired within 500 metres of vessel near Isle of Wight "

Let's Get Real:

The Russians again, they fired on the UK Yacht because the UK took one of their shadow tankers, they carry sanction oil.  The UK will have to Dress down the Russian Ambassador, and take more shadow tankers, and make it clear to Russia, our ships can fire back in our Waters.  The Russian bears needs its claws clipped, it has been in the Ukraine, the British Lion needs to show its claws.

Pakistan Requesting two week deadline to Trump's threat to Iran and 2 week ceasefire - Update

Let's Get Real:

This is the off ramp for POTUS, it's easy for Trump, its the right thing to do on the diplomatic level and confirms Trump is TACO, Trump Always Chickens Out, also the American voter in general wants out of Iran, they care more about the domestic economy.  Everyone gets what they want, Trump gets the Strait of Hormuz open for oil tankers, and Iran's regime gets another two weeks in power. The Pakistani plan calls for a two week ceasefire, will POTUS and Israel go along with the plan?

Update: POTUS agrees to Pakistan's peace plan.  Thus a 2 week ceasefire, Trump has chickend out, as Churchill said, better to talk than WAR.  That still leaves of Iran's nuclear stockpile.

Venezuela tanken seized by the US - Update

BBC News: Reports in its 1.55pm post that the US has seized the Venezuela oil tanker, as it is under sanction by the US.

Lets Get Real:

Thus the Trump Oval has seized the President of Venezuela in a daring military operation at night and has stated that Trump knows run Venezuela.  The old regime has been left in place, Trump has learned the lessons of Iraq.   The Russians won't be happy, the tanker had changed its name and changed its flag to Russian.  There were reports that it was being escorted by a Russian Navy ship and sub! That did not work then for the ship.  Another success for Trump, it will go to his head.  The UK helped the US with this action, as stated by the UK MOD.

Update: The US has seized another tanker linked to Venezuela, the Sophia was taken in the Caribbean.

Lets Get Real:

The Biden Administration has stated there would be further strikes on terrorists after the Iran backed terrorists killed three Americans two weeks ago in Jordan.  The Tehran Regime did not react after the American strikes, will they react NOW, Tehran has been cagey in allowing others to die for their agenda.  Let's hope that the Biden Oval did not warn Iran about this strike, they warned with other strikes. In the Middle East its an eye for an eye, it has been like that for a thousand years, the Israeli Government has just rejected the Hamas Counter offer for a  truce.  The US Secretary of State was hopeful for talks, the US State Department and the FCO in the UK have always been pro Arab, the Secretary of State in the Truman Administration did not want to recognise Israel as a STATE, the US President Harry S Truman over ruled  him.   The Biden Oval cannot trust the State Department and the same for the UK.  The US and the UK cannot force Israel to accept a Palestinian State that would be a THEAT TO ISRAEL.  The State of Israel must be allowed to kill off Hamas in Gaza, then we can have talks.

Lets Get Real:

As the article states Tehran has stated that the taking of the tanker is a reply to the ship bursting sanctions against Tehran last year.   Also it helps show that Iran is acting while the Gaza - Israeli War is going on.  The West, in this case the Biden Administration has to take action against Iran due to its nuclear ambitions, they have the bomb or are close to getting the bomb.   It has been months since it was stated that Iran would get close to the bomb with a year, so one has to assume they have the bomb.  The day of reckoning is coming with Iran, its fear of  larger War that has stropped the West taking action.   At some point the West has to call time, or the members of the nuclear club will increase with Iran and North Korea.   That time is coming close.
