These are the final hours of the US Mid Terms, if you believe the polls it should be a Democrat wave, taking the US House and Senate, every US President faces this happening, Reagan lost the Senate in 1986, Clinton in 94 and Republicans taking over the House, Obama lost the House in 2010 due to ObamaCare.  These are considered good to great Presidents.  The more interesting question is how will Trump take this development, one hopes with grace or will he accused the Democrats of cheating, also interesting who will be running for President in 2028, the candidates should be turning up in NH and Iowa, for the Republican Party and North Caroline for the Democrats.  The 2028 cycle starts on Wednesday!

Biden Reckless to run in 2024 - VP Harris

Lets Get Real:

The VP is looking for someone to blame, she has such a short period to get her campaign ready and she also complains that the White House did not see her as part of the team, she suggests that her success would have been a success for the President.  One can not think that Bush 41, the most loyal Vice - Presidents in history making such remarks.  It could be that former VP Harris is thinking about 2028, she would be able to say that she did not get a fair crack of the whip due to the late drop out of Biden after the debate.   At the end of the day its down to the President should he run again, Nancy Reagan did not want Ronald Reagan to run for 2nd term, but Gipper wated it and it was successful with the exception of Iran - Contra, the Cold War came to end in Iceland, almost all nuclear weapons were nearly banned, Reagan was more of a dove than people give him credit for.  Within a year of Reagan leaving Office, the Berlin Wall came down and then the dissolution of the USSR in 1991, under Reagan's chosen successor, Bush 41.

Thus happly end to Iran - Contra, the couple were widowers, thus gives us all hope of finding love later on in life.  As President Reagan stated Ollie North is an American hero, he kept the Contra Freedom fighters going in Nicaragua by selling arms to Iran by and diverting profits to the freedom fighters.  When the news broke, Ms Hall destroyed documents in the shredder to cover the operation.  The right thing to do at the time, whatever the Democrats said at the time.   The operation was a costly mistake for President Reagan, it took time to recover from, in the end Bush 41 won in 1988, the American people forgave the Gipper, thus 1st Vice President to succeed his boss in over a hundred years, with the exception of assassination or resignation.

In his address tonight POTUS has to be the Father of Nation, comforter is chief, as Reagan was after the Challenger Disaster.   The Address should ask the American people to STOP thinking the other side is dangerous, also push for gun control, if not know, WHEN.    There have ben calls for Biden to step down, that he is to old, well he should used that,  he was around for 1963, 1968 and 1981.   POTUS will not step down, there is still a Presidential race to WIN, the attempted assassination WILL make people think, but POLITICS IS POLITICS, always on, one does wonder what the Democratic Convention will be like, less attacks on Trump, as a neo fascist and a threat to Democracy, and the elite liberals will be careful with their words, we shall see how long it lasts.

The following is pure speculation, but valid nerveless, it can be postulated that Putin go this lacky Prigozhin to mount a rebellion just to see how the Russian Army would react or not react, he has seen that the Army just waited to see how things developed, so expect changes at the Russian Defence Ministry and the increase of the powers of the FSB, the successor to the KGB.  Putin is playing chess while the West is still playing SNAP.  The Western Media believed that the mercenaries would get as far as they did, without Putin telling his forces to hold back.  The West needs to send fighter jets to the Ukraine, God knows what the Russians are planning, they could blow up the nuclear plant as they did with the Dam. Putin does not care how many people he has to kill.  The PLAY for today is over, tomorrow its back to the Ukraine War.

This could be Putin's move to counter the success of the Ukraine in areas that were under Russian control since their invasion of February.  The Kremlin might be thinking that their Army is not up to much, and their partial call up of troops has frightened Russian males, from published photos of those called up show old men in their 40s and 50s, if the Russian Leadership has to scrap the barrel for Soldiers then they have a problem.  Also it must be hundred of thousands of Russian men are heading to the borders to get hell out of dodge.  It is somewhat of shock that the Kremlin has not closed the borders, one must postulate that Putin would rather have the opposition outside of the Country than on the streets calling for Putin to go.  The question is will Putin really set of a low yield tactical nuclear weapon in the Ukraine, the West would react, but the land lost to Ukraine would be clouded by radiation, thus no one can live there, much like Chernobyl after 1986.  The forests around Chernobyl are still full of radiation, it would take years to clean up an area if a tactical nuclear weapon was used in the Ukraine, Putin might call that a WIN, no one could use the land, is Putin really that MAD ?  What would the NATO DO, that is the question at the moment.

There are reports that the Kremlin wants to create a false flag operation at the nuclear plant they hold, its has been reported that the Russians have placed dynamite around the plant to blow it up if the WAR does not go well for the Russians.  If it looks like the Kiev Government is winning, they plant will be blown up and the Russians will try to blame the Kiev Government, a nuclear meltdown would be a disaster for the Ukraine and the West.  The Kremlin does not care about that, or the cost in lives, there worry is that the Kiev Government with its arms and weapons from the West can STOP Putin in his tracks and allow those opposed to PUTIN to take action against him.  The CIA, MI6, NSA and GCHQ in the UK must have their eyes and ears open, if it looks like Putin is willing to dare such a action, then the West, in the shape of NATO must take the plant and prevent another Chernobyl.

Are the Russians trying to let lose massive radiation on the whole of the Ukraine, they keep shooting at nuclear installations, one of these days they will get unlucky and release mass radiation across Ukraine and the whole of Western Europe, radiation can also reach the Russian Federation, is Putin really in control of his forces or are his forces doing his bidding, with no idea on the damage they can cause to Ukraine and the World, one has to ask are they trying for another Chernobyl ( 1986 ), that helped bring down the USSR.  The Biden Oval has to warn Russia, that when it comes to nuclear issues and breaches of rules that could lead to another meltdown the US will take action, and it does not matter if the Kremlin likes or not.  The Ukraine is under threat from chemical attack and the Russians causing a nuclear breach by their shooting and missile launches, and this is happening in the 21st Century.

The above shows the importance of doing a lot of reading in a WAR CONTEXT, if you had read the previous post you would have thought it was time to go in to the nuclear bunker, as the  ABOVE shows the IAEA has given it the ALL CLEAR.  On the other hand the Russians if they take over nuclear plants should know how they work, the WEST does not need a nuclear accident like Chernobyl again, it was bad enough 1986 and helped in the fall of the USSR.  As Russia is a nuclear power one would have thought that they would have experts on hand to take over the duties of others who work at plan.  One has to assume that Putin did not think about this before starting the WAR.

This is a serious development, all the World needs now is for there to be radiation released from Chernobyl, that US and the UK has to place pressure on the Russians to allow the Ukraine Government to FIX the problem, this is not the type of issue to play games with, the Biden Oval and Boris Johnson should be on the phone to the Kremlin and demand that they either allow the Ukraine the problem or allow Western powers to send in expert to to fix the problem.  Of course this could be a devious ploy by the Russians to force the WEST to not to supply lethal aid to the Kiev Government, the Russians play dirty when it comes to WAR.  On the WHOLE the Russian Army has shown that it is slow and inept, and Putin MASTER PLAN has failed.  The weather is getting bad, and the Russians could face the same problems Germany had in its invasion of Russia in 1941, faulty equipment not working due to the weather, the trouble of feeding its troops, and the long slow slog of surrounding Kiev and other Cities.  It can be stated that Putin ha really messed this up.

This blog is not a military expert, but the idea that the Russians are going after Chernobyl does make one worry that the Russians have really lost the plot, what happens if a Russian missile hits the dome placed on the plant to stop the radiation coming out, the Chernobyl accident was seen as another factor in the fall of the USSR.  One hopes the Biden Oval will be on the phone with Putin tell him, that any attack on Chernobyl will cause the US to ACT.   A stated by others and this blog, the quickest route to Kiev is from Belarus through Chernobyl down the road. It seems that Putin is going for a quick WIN, one really hopes the Ukrainian army puts up and a tough fight, really make the Russians pay in blood.  One does really pry for the good people of the Ukraine.

Thus if the Russian Bear is going to the fast route to Kiev will have to go through the Chernobyl Forbidden Zone, it is now a tourist attraction, will Putin really send his troops through the hazard  of radiation for a quick victory, will the Russians really throw missiles over the site, what if something goes wrong and a Russian missile hits Chernobyl itself, the Ukraine and the rest of the World and that includes Russia would feels the consequences for years, also PUITN will want to know how much of a insurgency will he face, he does not want another Afghanistan, it can be postulated that Biden and the West will support any insurgency, and as Iraq and Afghanistan has shown that can hurt the occupier.  The Kremlin must know that RUSSIAN TROOPS will die, that is why pits have been dug to taker the dead, the Kremlin does not want them to come home to their families.  One hopes Putin pulls back, but the with the forces around the border and more coming, one has doubts, has Putin LOST THE PLOT?.

Always read the documents when it comes to a case of impeachment.  The 24/7 news networks always hype what they want the viewers to know, that goes from CNN to Fox News. Always make up your own mind, an impeachment process should take a year and have endless Committee meetings, the Democrats want it over in 8 weeks, whenever someone tries to push for this something this fast, you always have to ask why?  Are they afraid that the charge will not hold up, also the Democrats do not want the process to overtake the Democratic race for the nomination.  Even with Iran Contra, the Gipper was lucky, it came at the end of November, after the 1986 Mid Terms, and the hearings did not last that long, the special prosecutor at the end did not achieve much and Bush 41 pardoned the main actors in the fair, the Gipper could transfer the problem to his successor, and not have deal with any pardon issues, kept his hands clean, a great politician. 

*After reading the whistleblower complaint I am not impressed, a lot of 2nd hand knowledge, and lot open press reports, if this is ALL the Democrats have got, they are in trouble.  The Congressional hearings better have something more, or the Democrats are going to look like fools and this blog does not even like POTUS.

The latest Trump tweets are about 2020, it can be argued that his campaign is afraid that the Democrats will chose the " moderate " VP Biden, and thus the Trump is trying to push the Democrats to vote for any one else, such as LEFT WINGERS, Senators Warren or Sanders.  Even this blog knows that if the Democrats selected either of these two Senators the Trump Oval and Campaign Committee would crush them.   The risk for Trump  is that the Democrats could chose Senator Kamala Harris, the Senator has shown that she is strong in a debate, was a former tough prosecutor in California and also happens to be African - American.  This could be the real threat to Trump in 2020.  What happened to the Republican Party of Ronald Reagan, the President that gave amnesty to illegal migrants in 1986, the Gipper would not have approved for their lack of comment on these tweets. 

North Korea tries to BLACKMAIL the US over its Nuclear Structure - Trump Era

It was expected that after the Summit between the US and North Korea that the two sides would sign some kind of agreement, it can be postulated that North Korea thought as stated with President Trump in trouble at home, that they could push him in to a bad agreement.   It would be interesting to see the notes of the meeting between TRUMP and KIM, will the White House publish them as to counter statements by the North Koreans.   The President was elected on the idea that he could make the BEST DEALS, so far with the exception of an update to NAFTA, the President has either failed to make agreements or negated past ones.  In the future if North Korea wants another Summit the US State Department should do the groundwork in detail, just to avoid POTUS having to travel half away around the World for a pointless meeting.   South Korea and Japan will be concerned that North Korea will go off the reservation and start to act up again, either with nuclear test or the use of missile tests.   The hawks on the Republican side and the Conservative Democrats ( there must be some around ) should make sure that the Trump Oval knows that it was right to walk away and that Republicans and Democrats on the Hill will be keeping eye on the OVAL OFFICE.  It should be noted that Reagan and Gorbachev had a failed Summit in late 1986, that was about removing ALL NUCLEAR WEAPONS, but it was the start of the end of the Cold War and it produced the INF Treaty that lasted from 1987-2019, it only ended when the Russians were found to have cheated on the Treaty.

This is pure blackmail by the Trump Oval, it is so un - American, the Great American President, Ronald Reagan support Amnesty along side new immigration rules, these young Dreamers were bought to the US when they were young, the US is all they know, to throw someone out who does not have ties to other Countries is VERY WRONG, on the other hand it might be great politics by President Trump.  The base of the Trump support would have 2nd thoughts if they saw him grant the demands of the liberal Democrats, thus this demand by Trump for the Wall.   It will be a sad day for the melting pot that is the US if the Trump Oval starts to throw people out just to meet political demands.

The Democrats are shouting now, but it shows they are hypocrite's, the Republicans used the same Parliamentary tricks to push their tax cuts through as the Democrats used to place ObamaCare on the backs of the American people.   As the tax cuts works through the system the Republicans should see a bounce in the polls.  The US Voter will see that they have more in their wallets and purses after this tax cut.   The Republicans have to return to the old but trusted strategy of making the Democrats call for tax hikes.   It will be interesting to see how Democrats call for tax hikes, not a good strategy to win elections.

This is a BIG victory for the President, it's the biggest tax cut in US history, more than Reagan's 1986 tax reform, also it ends the ObamaCare tax on the US voter.    On the whole President Trump is keeping his campaign promises, whatever you say about him, he keeps his word.   The minus from the Oval is that his job approval ratings are in the toilet, will the tax cuts help, they should in normal times, but POTUS is not a normal politician.   A good day for the Trump Oval.

POTUS vs. FBI ( Trump Era 2017- ?)

One has to say that POTUS has LOST THE PLOT, you never go after the FBI if your Administration is under investigation.   The President is saying that the FBI is LIBERAL and supports HRC because they did not charge HRC with anything, that is a risky move in D.C, of course it could be a smart move if you want to undermine a Special Prosecutor and his case.    The President has the power to open an investigation in to HRC if he wants, he can order the Department of Justice, it depends if they threaten to resign over the matter, even then it can be done, it would confuse the issue, it would become a farce in a quick manner.   POTUS is either brilliant or crazy.
