The Delaware Jury went of script, they found Hunter Biden GUILTY, although a home town boy, the son of the President, POTUS will be careful NOW, how he attacks Trump, how Trump paid off a porn star is less important than the son of the President buying a gun when he knew it was illegal.   The CNN coverage of the case was sympathy for Hunter Biden, the guests they had on followed the CNN script, saying that the case would not have been bought if the Biden's surname was Smith, also that the Trump case was different, the liberal news network tried to have it both ways, saying that the trial would have no effect on the Presidential race, what planet are these people from, does CNN have its own planet.  The Son of President is a felon and he faces another trial in California over tax issues, there only so much water a campaign can take, Trump is show business President, the rules are different for him.  The sentencing is still come, the Judge could send him to jail, that could open a Pandora box  in the US, ah for the days of decisions made by men in smoking  rooms, less scandal and less democracy, was it really that BAD.

There are enough warning polls for the Biden Oval, it has to do something drastic to get his polls up, the Biden Oval has to show that it is tough, more military support for the Ukraine, a new VP might to the trick, voters like strong Presidents, those from the centre right.  The US voter is not happy in his wallet or purse, they see that inflation is to high, they are very concerned about the President's age, he is no Reagan, CNN showed that 77% of voters thought that Reagan would make it through his 2nd term, the number for Biden is a lot lower.  It is time for Mrs Biden to have a word with the President, does he really want a 2nd term, as the BBC notes Hunter would be on Trial and is pleading not guilty, will they allow Hunter to go to jail should he be found guilty on federal gun charges.  POTUS has the power of pardon, would he use that to get Hunter out of jail.  A tough 2024 for POTUS.

Those on the right think that they will see Marine 1 taking POTUS to see his son in jail, are drinking the right wing KOOL AID, this will not happen, either there will be a plea deal again or Biden will be found not guilty.  Today Trump had a victory, the Judge in his Georgia case stated that not all 17 charged can be start in October, it is to early, also those who want a fast trial can go first.   This could mean that the trial happens after the November Election, that is a win for Trump as long as he WINS in November.   It looks like 2024 will be full Republican Contests and the General Election.  It could be very close, down to a few States, the same as last time.    Thus far it looks for Biden to LOSE, the security of Western Europe is in the balance due to the Ukraine.

Thus the US faces a choice, a crook for President OR POTUS who has gone gaga, what a choice.  The problem is that both have a ego, and there is no one to check it, in the good old days, the two would retire with honour, PUTUS would have heard the calls of the voters, he is to OLD, while the charges against Trump would be dropped even the State charges.   These days its dog eat dog, even with all the negatives Biden is still ahead by 1 point, giving the margin of error in polls, its a head to head even now.  One does hope that a new Republican candidate comes forward, tough on defence, when it comes to abortion, not against it, and wants to cut the US debt.  Someone that Biden respects tells him it is time over, finish the term and go home.

The Biden Oval is in trouble, in a head to head match with Trump, the former President is 1% ahead.  The President should have a serious sit down with himself, and ask does he have it in him to serve another four years, and that is a year and half out before the election.  If POTUS mumbles or goes off script in speech or remarks, then Trump could win by accident, that would be a disaster for the US and Western security.  The Russians could win by default in the Ukraine and NATO would come under threat.  Thus it is about time Biden threw in the towel, a younger Democrat is needed, one safe on national security, Biden should think about his legacy, on the way out he should pardon Hunter and Trump, gain the respect of the American people.  President Ford who gave a pardon to Nixon gained the respect of the American people after 1974.

Thus the son of a sitting President will be charged on federal charges, the right wing press will cover the whole story as hard as CNN goes for the legal woes of former President Trump.  The sweet heart deal that broke down in reality while in Court shows that the son of President Biden could face some heavy charges, it will be fun to see CNN and the liberal NYT cover the story, you could have two trials in 2024, Trump and Hunter Biden.  The SAD BAD of the story is that Trump could get re-elected as President while a convicted felon, the American political system is broken. The Country needs a new JFK or a Reagan, to united the Country, those days have long gone.

The use of the legal process to get Trump might by accident give Trump a 2nd Term in the Oval Office, the American people might prefer a crook to a President who is far to old for the office, and is one step away from a public disaster.  The job of President is HARD, it is not a job for a man in his 80s, Barack Obama had great black hair at the start of his term, after two terms he had aged and his hair had gone white.  In 2020 Biden hid in his caveman bunker in his home and the press covered for him, not in 2024, the public will expect to see their President out there, he will have to show that he can hack it, every step of the way Trump will be after him, about  2020, Hunter Biden and hope some actual policies.  If it is the same race, it will annoy the American people, one does hope the legal process works and brings Trump DOWN, or else he will be the President Elect in November 2024.

The Trial will become a media show trial, you have politics, a celebrity President and the fate of the US at stake.  One can see Trump putting up his tie for auction to fund his defence team.   The trial can go two ways, the cult of Trump fades  and is broken or it gives Trump his 2nd term.  The Democrats have made a major mistake by using the legal system on Trump, the next time, and there will be a next time, the Republicans will go after Biden, POTUS better be clean, or the Democrats will suffer in the 2024 General Election.  IF re-elected Trump will Pardon himself, then go after the Biden Department of Justice, the federal charges against Trump will be dropped, and  the lawyers sacked.   In the good old days, in smoke filled rooms, these kind of incidents will be solved over a cigar and brandy, there is something to be said for that even today.

Is this Judge trying to hand the Presidency to Trump, the day before SUPER TUESDAY, the Law in this case has to understand the political process, the Trump will have posters out that make the case that Trump is a political martyr to the LIBERAL DEMOCRATIC ESTABLISHEMENT.   The Judge should be aware that any Court Case has to be perfect against Trump, giving the impression that the Judge thinks her Court is more important than the election of Presidency might  make the Republicans seek her impeachment, even Democrats should be wary of supporting this Judge, if this is her thought process one has doubts, she stated that if Trump was sportsman he would be expected to appear in Court.  Trump is running for the Presidency, and if he wins, he can pardon himself.  Also one  assumes the Trump Defence team can appeal this ruling and they should. This blog has made its views of Trump well known, a witch hunt helps him, and that will be the Judges fault.

The Donald will milk this for all its worth, the former President stated in a speech that that Government was coming after his voters and they would have to go through him.  The former President is still leading in the polls, what does it take for the Republicans to see the truth, the only thing that  concerns the Donald is the Donald.  The US Government is not helping, they have thrown everything bar the kitchen sink at the Donald, it does make it look like a  Witch Hunt out to destroy the Former President, that helps Trump with the Republican base, this blog has not time for Trump, he is a THREAT to US and Western security, but there are better ways to STOP TRUMP, ignoring him would have been better, he loves the attention, thus will milk today for all its worth.  Historic Day ahead,  Nixon must be looking down and smiling and thinking, Don't you miss Tricky Dicky NOW.
