Cuba is 90 miles from Florida and has been a thorn in the US for decades.  The Communist Regime has supported left wing Regimes in Southern and Central.   The fall of the USSR in 1991, cut off the main supporter of Cuba, Venezuela under the know imprisoned President gave them oil, that has stopped under US pressure.  Taking Cuba would be a major success for Trump, as long as it can be done peacefully or limited military action  JFK would be smiling from Presidential heaven.

CNN showed Trump's speech from Florida, it was racist, he stated that the other central and Southern America countries were throwing their prisoners and mental patients on to American soil.  One cannot believe that he is still spouting this kind of rubbish, it is a return to the his original speech when he announced he was running for the Presidency.   Trump has not grown while in OFFICE or losing in 2020 to President Biden.  This is why this blog is supporting VP Harris in this campaign, she will support the Ukraine and defend Israel but also be honest with Israel about its actions in Gaza.   The VP is not this blog's cup of tea, but is better than Trump, and the great Gipper is gone.   Reagan said his last speech from the Oval Office, if there have to be WLLS there needs to be doors, Reagan had been Governor of California. At least the election will be over in a few days, the sane America voters need to vote for Harris, there is such a thing as decency.

The use of the legal process to get Trump might by accident give Trump a 2nd Term in the Oval Office, the American people might prefer a crook to a President who is far to old for the office, and is one step away from a public disaster.  The job of President is HARD, it is not a job for a man in his 80s, Barack Obama had great black hair at the start of his term, after two terms he had aged and his hair had gone white.  In 2020 Biden hid in his caveman bunker in his home and the press covered for him, not in 2024, the public will expect to see their President out there, he will have to show that he can hack it, every step of the way Trump will be after him, about  2020, Hunter Biden and hope some actual policies.  If it is the same race, it will annoy the American people, one does hope the legal process works and brings Trump DOWN, or else he will be the President Elect in November 2024.

This is the reason that President Biden could lose to Trump in 2024, it cant be a Democratic Prosecutor that brings Trump DOWN, it would make him a political martyr and the US would suffer for the long term.  A Republican candidate among the pack has to go through Trump to gain the nomination, Governor Christie  has become the 2nd choice of Republicans in a recent poll in New Hampshire , while the Governor of Florida has fallen back to the pack.  All those candidates that have no hope have to unite behind a moderate candidate who can win Republican voters and moderates in 2024.  All the legal noise will make the voter a law graduate by the end, it should be about politics and what is god for the USA and Western security not about getting Trump.  There is a Republican Debate next week, it looks like Trump will not turn up, he is miles ahead, why would he, Trump has to be beaten in the public square.  The stake is the future of the US and WESTERN security and the fate of the Ukraine.

The former Governor of NJ should not be celebrating yet, its only a 1 point lead, also he has been on CNN nearly ALL the time being critical of Trump.  The former President has a massive lead, also Christie has broken the Reagan gold rule, never attack a fellow Republican, and should by some miracle should Christie win, the uber liberal news networks would go after him, those Republicans on CNN are either never Trumpers or they have sold out to the liberal media elite.  They will never be forgiven by the broad Republican Party.  CNN and NBC have shown they have lost the plot, its the same story ever hour, the woes of the Trump legal problems.   At least The Hill recalls it is about politics, only one poll, there will be other polls after the DEBATE.

In a few months time we will have the first Debate in the Republican Nomination fight, The Trump is not expected to turn up, he is the leading candidate so far, if the turned up all the other candidate would have a got at him, it will be the oddest nomination fight in history, Trump will have to attend Court during the process, he might be found guilty, that does not bother the Trump, he will carry on with the fight,  he needs to win as to PARDON himself on all FEDERAL CHARGES.   The Trump has no shame, even if he is in jail he will carry on, some other candidate must knock him out, to save the Republican Party and the US.

The Republicans must not blink, whatever the Biden Oval says or the liberal news media like CNN.  Donald Trump has stated that the Republicans should ask for the kitchen sink when it comes to their demands.  The ONLY threat that Biden has is that there will be economic consequences if the debt ceiling is not risen.  At present the US has a debt of 31.4 trillion, at what point does the bank manager call that in, it will happen when the US does not expect it, when US has to protect Taiwan should China invade or when Russia uses  WMD in the Ukraine.  It can be argued that is better for the US to deal with the debt NOW, before the election cycle for 2024 really starts with the Florida Governor stating that he is running for the Oval Office next week.  Let's see the US political system grow up and deal with real issues that are the concern of the US voter, inflation etc.  This is the reason that Biden's poll numbers are in the toilet, the Biden Oval is perceived as not understanding the worries of the US voter.

Let's assume the Republicans pick up the one seat they need, the CNN Label is starting to get on my nut, why are they behind RCP and the LIBERAL New York Times, they both have the Republicans on 2017 and CNN on 215, it is as if they do not want to displease their viewership.  CNN's early show is the toilet anyway WITH its ratings, they need to be seen as the Channel that gets the NEWS first, not waiting for everybody else to announce the results.  One can assume that the Biden Agenda is DEAD in the HOUSE, in less Biden can pick a few Republicans to support his aid to the Ukraine.  One still hopes that there are Reagan National Security types in the HOUSE after the Mid Terms.  The Winter is coming to the Ukraine, one can expect the WAR to calm down a bit, that allows the Russians to train their troops and give them update weapons, while the Kyiv Government can get new supplies from the West.  The Biden Administration should be ready to be investigated every way possible, HUNTER BIDEN should get some very good and expensive lawyers, the HARD NUTS of Republican membership will be looking to charge him for something, and if possible link it to his FATHER, POTUS.  The 2024 Race starts today, if as expected Donald Trump announces that he is running for a 3rd time, his losses during the Mid Terms would make most politicians wait, not the Donald, he needs the spotlight, the Republicans need a new face, what about the Governors of Virginia and Florida, thus that would be an interesting race.

If Florida or Ohio go for Biden then we know its OVER on election night, of course if the rust belt States go together, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania go for Biden the its a massive victory for Biden.  The interesting races will be the Senate races, do the voters really want to give the Democrats a CLEAN SWEEP, that would mean that it would be DOWN to the US Supreme Court to stop any massive liberal polices.  One can assume if its  a massive victory for Biden then even Trump will have to go quietly and hand over the power on January 20th 2021.   The question is what he will do between November and January, there  is only one President at a time, and a angry Trump might start a war with Iran and hand it over to Biden.  On the foreign policy side one should expect former Obama officials, also will Biden really be that tough with Russia and North Korea, also of course he will appease Iran, back to the Obama deal with them.  If the US Supreme Courts does revoke OBAMACARE, then Biden will need to build up his support for another attempt.  On the whole one expects a more quiet time from a Biden White House.

This is a smart move by POTUS, he faces two battles, the impeachment process in the House and then next year a fight for a 2nd term as President.  There are lot of older Jewish voters who have moved to Florida to retire, thus Trump is appealing to them, he will argue that he is a great supporter of Israel compared to President Obama and thus they should vote for him.   As long as Trump keeps his base then the Senate will not remove him, thus the while impeachment  show is going on it means nothing, next year is the most important.   The news networks in the US are spending time on impeachment while not understanding the US voter or caring that much, the Trump Ukraine scandal is no Watergate or Monica Lewinsky, the impeachment process is porn for Liberals and CNN watchers.

As stated in my previous most, either HRC has lost the plot or is planning to get in to the 2020 race, why attack a candidate so low in the ratings, we all respect to Rep, Gabbard's she is not in the top tier and at least she has served her Nation, unlike Bill Clinton or Bush 43 in Vietnam ( let's be be fair, Bush 43 was in the Texas national guard as a flyer and had a uniform).   It is interesting to see from the article that the feud between the two ladies goes back to 2016 when Gabbard supported Senator Sanders, the Clintons NEVER forget or forgive.  If HRC is going to make such statement from the touch line then she should expect to be attacked, if she really thinks the above she should get in to the race, she did win the popular vote in 2016 and did not grandstand over the issue, unlike Al Gore in 2000 over Florida.  Run HRC, the Crown could still be yours.

It can be postulated that Trump if he gets re-elected with not have a 49 State victory that Nixon had in 1972 and Reagan had in 1984.   Before liberal pundits start to point out that Biden is leading in a number of states should recall that Bill Clinton never won over 49% of the vote in either 1992 and 1996, it is about the electoral college, and as this blogger has noted in one of those polls, Ohio, Biden only lead by 1%.  Let's recall that Trump won Ohio by near 10% in 2016 and there is a long year to go before we get in to the general election.    The Democrats have not had their debates yet, and if Warren who is on a surge at this moment wants to be the nominee she will have to take down Biden, the same for Sanders.   VP Biden has a VERY LONG record, and it will be open to attack, no one thought that Trump would win in 2016, thus readers should be wary of those that say the race is OVER, sometimes when watching or reading the liberal press one gets the idea that they want to jump the Primaries, that do not start in till 2020, the candidates have yet been in the COLD of Iowa and NH. Long way to go folks.

This is a good poll for HRC, if she takes Florida it is OVER for the Donald.  It would be ironic if Florida helped HRC in to the White House, it would balance its vote for Bush 43 in the 2000 Election.   In these final days the HRC campaign must not take its eye off the prize, it is nearly coasting to a good victory of between 4% to 6% in the national poll.   Good day if your small d - Democrat.

There has been discussion on the news networks that you could see joint ticket between Cruz and Kasich or even a Cruz and Rubio with the Rubio delegates supporting Cruz at the Republican Convention.   It looks like that Trump will not be able to reach a majority of the delegates and his recent remarks that there could be riots is troubling.   The question is what will the Republican Establishment do, if they have any power, if this blog recalls the delegates have to vote for the candidate who won their State in the first round, if no candidate has a majority then the delegates are free to vote for someone else.   One can see the lawyers coming in to this, fun if a political nightmare for the Republicans and fun for the Democrats.

The fights for the Republican and Democratic nomination is OVER, on the Republican side it will be Donald Trump, on the Democratic side it will be Hillary Clinton.   Although the Donald might not get the actually number delegates needed any idea of a backroom deal that would try to replace him would destroy the Republican Party and hand the Oval Office to HRC.  Both candidates have moved to the general, as the Hill reports the Trump has aired an attack advert on Hillary Clinton, the advert shows how Putin's Russia would be happy with HRC in the Oval as Putin is a stronger leader.  Thus a new phase of the election starts today.

Thus those opposed to Trump, and this blog could be counted in that group will have to look at other ways of stopping the Trump Master, as noted in the UK Sunday Times the issue of Trump University seems like a good place to start, in essence peoples invested thousands in the hope of learning from the Donald how to be a good businessman, all they got for the thousands was a picture with a cardboard cut out of the Donald.   The Republican Establishment has to  go after the business dealings of the Donald.   The US voter must be forced to see that the Donald is a con man, that his many business ventures have failed and he does not suffer.    This could be the last chance to STOP the Donald.

Governor Kasich is the dark horse candidate of the 2016, in the debates he has come across as the adult in the room, but and there is always a but, he needs to win his home State of Ohio, he has said if he losses Ohio he goes back home to being Governor.   Kasich has a good record, he worked in Congress, helped balanced the budget at the national level and in his State, the 1990s are looked back as the good years, you had a Democratic President in Bill Clinton and a Republican House and Senate, and they could work together minus the Republicans trying to Impeach Bill Clinton over an affair with an intern.   The only way that Kasich become the Republican nominee is through a contested Convention, do the Republicans have the courage to nominate someone like Kasich.   The following few days will be interesting.
