Lets Get Real:

POTUS will hit the roof, he has used tariffs as a gun, forcing Countries in to DEALS, and he will have to pay back billions, a lot of billions.  This will hit hard before the Mid Terms in November, the Democrats and the liberal press will stuff this down the Oval's throat.  This could have consequences, Trump will feel this decision by the Court and will try to work around it, this shows that the American system does work, Congress might not keep Trump in line, but the Courts do at the end of the day ACT.  POTUS might need to feel to show that he is still strong, by attacking Iran, before the Democrats take charge o the Congress and use the WAR POWERS ACT of 1973 against him, in that ACT a President can act for six weeks but then requires Congressional approval, a split Congress, the HOUSE in the hands of the Democrats and the Republicans in charge of the Senate, might complex the case for WAR. Events, boy Events can hinder any political leader when he least expects it.   What will Trump do to show he still in control.

The article gives the impression that the US Supreme  Court is not buying the Trump arguments on the authority of POTUS to set Tariffs due to the national debt, the Liberal justices want to show the limit of the Presidential power in the case of Trump, some part of the constitution must be able to block Trump, at this rate we have an Imperial President, just look at Trump's demolition of the East Wing without permission from anyone.  Reagan did not support Tariffs, and only used them for very special cases.

The left who see liberal Judges as a way to stop POTUS, are furious, there is no Democratic leader, Biden is seen as senile, while Obama keeps his head down, VP Harris is thinking of running for California Governor in 2026. Trump47 will be the first felon sworn in as President, even the US Supreme Court would not help him with this, Trump will be seething, he sees ALL the Court cases as political, that might be true, but this sentence will hurt the Trump pride, expect a blistering Inaugural address, one for the history books.

This is a big win for Trump, the various Federal Cases will be affected, we wait to see what the Courts and Prosecutors so with the case, the general opinion is that the Court cases will start after the election, of course Trump as President could pull them if elected.   This Judgement by the Supreme Court does ask a few Questions of Presidential history, lets look at the examples, was JFK and the CIA'S attempt to kill Castro in the early 1960s was that official or Kennedy's need for revenge after the Bay of Pigs.  Then we move to 1968, was Nixon's sabotage of the Paris Peace Talks, semi official as he become President or private action that should have seen him Court.   Let's forget that LBJ bugged Nixon with the help of the FBI,  was the legal, its an open question, then we go to Nixon again in 1972 with Watergate, it can be presume that Nixon after the LBJ files on the Paris Peace Talks.  Thus would Nixon have had to resign in 1974.  The next case in Iran - Contra of the late1980s, it was Reagan's believe that the Contra freedom fighters had to be supported, after the Congress cut off official aid, he wanted the Contra fighters funded, no matter what it took, thus a diversion of funds to the Contra's.   As with JFK, there is doubt if Reagan knew this was happening, even if he did, it would not matter as it was official policy by Reagan to fight communism. In 1998 we have Bill Clinton, this was a private affair and thus the President would not have been immune from the Courts.   It seems the Court would have agreed with Nixon.   Interesting Court days ahead!!

The former President should enjoy this victory, it will be his last, the Supreme Court is expected to deny the immunity he wants, and thus the Federal Trials will go on, right before the election in November, also if the US is in its RIGHT MIND it will reject Trump and his American First Agenda.  POTUS might be senile, and get confused between the Ukraine and Gaza, his Agenda to protect the Ukraine is correct and to support abortion is right on the domestic agenda.  The Russians would love a 2nd Trump Presidency, they could run the field, right up to the Polish Border and the Baltic States.   Thus to prevent WW3 the US must vote for POTUS, his handlers will make sure that the Oval Office is run in a business manner.  The question is Biden  up to a rough campaign.

This blog does NOT DO the Trump Court cases, IF YOU want that, go to CNN or others, this blog covers election issues and polls in the main.  The Mexico border with the US is in crisis, you have mass migration from the Americas, the right in the US wants to throw them out, the LEFT sees them as future voters, and thus supports OPEN BORDERS, Trump is seen as tough on the issue, while BIDEN is weak on the issue.   American voters want solution, not political rhetoric, the candidate that can set out a CLEAR solution will win.  POTUS needs to get tough on the border, however much the left of the Democratic Party howls, otherwise the US and the World will face a 2nd Trump term, and that would be a disaster.

This is a Democrat playing games, the US Supreme Court has to rule this out of order, the same with the Colorado BLOCK, the Democratic Party is playing games, the Republicans should start to play games and block Biden from Texas and other red states, the Democrats are making the US political system a laughing stock, Putin will have a field day with these moves, and the voters will not be happy, they decided not hack politicians.   Is the American system so broken it cannot work any more.

Thus this helps Trump, the elite media and establishment are seen to try to thwart Trump, it does not help democracy or the legal system, the hope is that the US Supreme Court throw out this ruling, it would be a warning to other Stages not to try this, the same thing could happen to Biden.  Also it gives something else for President Putin to crow about, that the liberal establishment will break the law or do anything to thwart Trump.  The legal system should be used as a last resort, not the first way to challenge the opposition, the US Presidency should not be decided by lawyers and judges as in 2000 as in Bush vs Gore. 

POTUS on Abortion Rights in the US - Mid Terms November - Biden Era

Thus expect the Democrats and the liberal elite press to run with this story in till the Supreme Court releases its final view in June or early July.  One would consider that because there has been a LEAK, then the Court should acting in a faster manner, otherwise there will be MORE LEAKS, that is the last thing the US Supreme Court needs.  If the US Supreme Court does negate Roe v Wade then as stated the Conservative States will move to ban abortion in ALL CASES, while Liberal States such as New York and California will have abortion on demand.  This blog has for years supported abortion on demand, that might even be to liberal for some liberals in the US, as this blog sees this is a matter of political faith, the Government should not be telling women when and if they can have a abortion, in most cases they are poor and cannot afford to have a child or due to criminal action they have suffered they have a child, thus its up to the woman and her Doctor to decide.  The Democrats will demagogue the issue in till November Mid Terms, and the results could clear the issue of  Biden's chances in 2024. And to think Biden is a good Roman Catholic but supports abortion, a demagogue as President Reagan stated in his diaries.

The US Supreme Court would be committing a great error to overturn Roe v Wade, it is the most Classical Liberal ACT, as in the most Conservative, it places the decision in the hands of the woman and her Doctor.  Thus a individual issue, that is what Conservative should really support, the Court if it does the above, moves the issue in to the political arena, There will be Conservative States that BAN ALL abortion, while Liberal States will have abortion on demand.  Also the Democrats will roll with this issue in the November Mid Terms if the above is the final decision of the US Supreme Court, and Biden should he run in 24 will use this issue against his Republican opponent.   The Republicans should wake up and smell the coffee, the above is bad politics and bad morality.  One hopes they change their minds on this subject.

POTUS is in trouble, his polls are bad overall and in the rust belt States, the arch liberal media has been out to get him since 2016 and NOW it has been published that he pays little in Federal Taxes due to his high debts, in other words he can write them off as a negative and pay less.   The first Presidential Debate is tomorrow, 2am in the UK, it will be worth staying up for, as long as Biden does not fall over and look like he can say a sentence he will win the debate, the press will give him pass and he should win the general election in November, however much Trump tries to give the impression that he will not give up, the Republican Party will not allow him to squat in the Oval Office.   The one Ace that Trump has is the nomination for the Supreme Court, if his nominee is successful he will placed three Justice on the Court, as the article make clear, the last President to do that was Reagan.  But and this is a big but, if he wins then voters will free to vote for Biden, they will have the Court, that is their prize.
