When it comes to Poland, we should take any threat as REAL, we do not want to find that little Russian green men turn up as in 20214 Crimea, the Biden Oval should send more US troops to the Polish and Belarus border, we do not want another 1939, if the War in the Ukraine goes iffy for Putin, he might divert the War to Poland, force NATO to use its own arms and men and not give them to the Ukraine.  There is no way out for Putin, he either wins or his regime falls, he must know that, thus the Ukraine needs to place more pressure on the Kremlin and the Putin Regime.  The Russia  TV PR on the  war must be broken or hacked as allow REAL news to get through.   This is a War that the West cannot lose, what ever the stakes.

Is this real footage of Prigozhin or a deep fake AI spouting the Kremlin line, the fact that the man in the images states that the Russia military action in the Ukraine is a disgrace, seems to confirm that it is real, why do a deep fake that says what Prigozhin has already said about the War, also the speaker states that Wagner is not finished in the Ukraine.   What really has to ask what does Prigozhin have on Putin, does he have something that could destroy Putin should prigozhin fall from a window or WMD  is used on him.   Let's recall the Wagner boss tried a coup a few weeks ago, and Putin called him a traitor, then had tea with him.   This whole affair is very murky, very OLD KGB, will Putin take his  time to kill the Wagner boss, only time will tell.

The Russians are upping the anti, Missiles that can be used as conventional or nuclear threat.  Of course the Russians are not going to nuke the Ukraine, they are far to close to Russia and the radiation would effect Russia.  The message is CLEAR, it shows that with the KREMLIN nothing is off the table.   Also it shows weakness, why place missiles that can be used in a conventional way and nuclear in the first place, its a mater of PR for the Russian people, that the WEST is a THREAT and thus Kremlin is taking care of business.  If WAR does break out, there are no guarantees it wont effect other East European Countries, there will be refugees in their millions and they have to go somewhere, that means the EU will be dragged in, and it only needs for the Russians to make a MISTAKE to drag in NATO.  The Russian Bear might have bitten off more than it can chew, is it looking for nuclear talks as way to save face, a NEW INF Treaty that they will keep too, they cheated on the last one.  Thus a reason to bring INF forces in to Belarus, a way out, just blue sky thinking.

This is waiting game, the Russians are waiting for the ground on the Ukraine and Russian border to harden, they want to move their tanks, it has been suggested that the Russians tanks will go through the Chernobyl Zone, one hopes the Russians do not start firing at that, we do not want to see radiation coming OUT.  It is reported that this would be the DIRECT route to Kiev, the 24 hour news channels have shown the brave people of the Ukraine training with wooden guns, the West, WELL the US and UK should send arms, the Germans have sent HATS, yes really hats.  They are still trying to carry favour with the tyrant in the Kremlin, will they never learn.  The UK PM will visit the Ukraine today, if he had any backbone he would place troops in the Ukraine, this would make Putin call off the invasion, but this will not happen, modern leaders have not learned from Churchill and Thatcher and Reagan calling out the old the USSR as the Evil Empire.  Putin can smell weakness and he is ready to ACT.

In many respects the Ukraine could be the Poland of 1939, IF Russia invades the Ukraine, it will not matter about a Christmas Party at 10 Downing Street, the news will be full of WAR and the demands of voters that their Governments, in this case the US and the UK help the brave Ukraine Soldiers, it can be postulated that the CALL is something that even a appeaser like Biden cannot hide in the White House bunker, as he hid during the 2020 election.  The other problem is that the Ukraine will lose, Russia is just to big with Soldiers and military equipment, thus you will have hundred of thousands if not millions of Ukraine's people heading for Western borders.  One does not see EU turning them away, it would be seen as WEAK and helping Russia.  Thus it can be postulated that the SAS and US Delta Force will be sent in to slow the Russians down, but that can only last a few days if weeks, does NATO really want Putin that close to the Polish border.  Also the Baltic States will demand and expect NATO to place NATO Soldiers on their borders, to show the RED LINE to Putin.

The ONLY thing the Russian BEAR understands is FORCE, if NATO would place its latest combat troops in the Ukraine then Putin would back off and quick, Putin believes and he could be right, that the West under President Biden does not have the political spine to challenge him should he invade the Ukraine and try and incorporate that in to Russia, Putin wants a new USSR.  President Putin has stated that one of the greatest tragedies was the fall of the USSR.  Thus Putin is a REAL threat to the Ukraine and to Easter Europe, the US should be ready to defend the Ukraine, unlike its failure in Afghanistan, one does wonder why Putin is waiting, will he try over the Christmas period or in to January as reported by the Kiev Government.  When the US Secretary of States speaks to the Russian Foreign Minister he should be CLEAR and not diplomatic, stay out of the Ukraine or else! The blog has argued to place US and NATO combat troops in the Ukraine, this would be a big deterrence to Putin of Russia, a red line would be shown and the Russians would be a very aware of it, any attack on NATO troops could lead to WAR.  One doubts the Biden Oval has the guts to do this, it can be postulated that Biden will threaten harsh sanctions against Russia should they invade, sanctions that could break the Russia economy.   Also if Russia does invade the US and NATO should send military back up to the Ukraine, such as tanks, airplanes, intelligence reports, all the kit they need to stall and hurt the Russian Army.  President Lukashenko is the kind of nut that could lead to a WAR BY MISTAKE, he is called the last tyrant in Europe, he is at the beck and call of Putin, recent remarks by the President had to be rolled back by the Kremlin.  The US Secretary of State has to be CLEAR with the Russians, do this and it will lead to serious reaction, and the US will protect the Ukraine, also place nuclear missiles in Poland and the Baltic States, make it CLEAR, NATO stands as one.

Thus far no invasion from Russia, of course the Ukraine military think that Putin will take his chance in January or Early Feb.  The Ukraine President has stated that the Russians will be behind a Coup attempt on December 1st or 2nd.  We only have a few days to wait, if nothing happens, or nothing big, then we might have just avoided the bullet, of course this depends on Putin of Russia, will he call the bluff the West to see if it is a bluff.  With the present COVID - 19 one finds it hard to believe that Putin would take such action, its a bridge once crossed cannot be rebuilt.  The US and NATO would have to support the Kiev Government or the WESTERN word would mean nothing, and Biden cannot afford another Afghanistan.  IS Putin that MAD? Is the West ready to fight if it comes down to it, that is a open question.

IF the Biden Oval wants to make sure that the Russians do not invade they should place US troops on the ground, on the border, make it clear that Ukraine might not be part of NATO but the Russians should consider it as such, that would STOP Putin in his tracks.  If the US brings in NATO, the Russians will back down and fast.  Even Putin is not MAD ENOUGH to cross a military red line in the Ukraine.  From reports over the last few days it seems that the Ukraine military think that Russians will invade late January or early February, so the US and its military allies have the time needed to place troops in the Ukraine, they should be placed on the EASTER border with the Russians, no playing games, just making it clear that the Russian Bear will have his tail kicked all the way back to Russia if it invades the Ukraine.  It is time that Biden found his inner JFK or Reagan.

The crisis at the Polish and Belarus border has gone for the moment, the Belarus Government has removed the immigrants from its border and placed them in cover due to the bad weather, one assumes this was one with the approval of the Kremlin, the question then goes back to what the Putin is going to do about the Ukraine, the clear intelligence is that something is up, in less Putin just likes to moves his soldiers about as to grow tension.  Thus lets postulate for the moment that Putin does not want to spend money when he does not have too, thus the movement of troops is for a reason, pressure on the West, in this case the Biden Oval, after Afghanistan the Kremlin must think that Biden is a empty suite who will not back his allies in Eastern Europe, Putin is not mad enough to invade a NATO country, that could lead to World War 3, one hopes that is not his aim, but one never knows with the Russian Bear.  Thus the target must be Ukraine itself, the Russians see the Ukraine as part of Russia, and its separation showed how weak the USSR and Russia was in the 1990s.  Thus a quick invasion could be the Russian plan, in the hope that the West will not REACT, the West, the US, UK and France have made it CLEAR that would be a mistake, will these leaders back their words with actual troops, that is the question that the Kremlin must be asking, the same can be said in Washington D.C, London and Paris, is this 1930s all over again, is Putin the new Hitler, he is following his play book.  The question is will the Western leaders be Neville Chamberlain or Winston Churchill.

It has been reported from the Polish/Belarus border that the migrants stuck there have been moved back from the border in to shelter nearby, the question is what NEXT, the EU held the line when it came to Belarus, in fact they increased sanctions, and the US and the WEST has made it clear to the Kremlin that it would be BIG MISTAKE to invade the Ukraine, one hopes that the Biden Oval has made it clear to Putin, that the West will protect the sovereignty of the Ukraine.  The words of the UK PM shows that the UK stands with the US and the Kiev Government.  The next move is up to Putin, will he tell the Belarus Government to bring more migrants in to the border area, what about the Russian troops on the Ukraine/Russian border, are they going to just wait for the word, either way.  The West might have just avoided a GROUND WAR in Eastern Europe.

President Putin could be playing CHESS, while the EU is still on SNAP, the Kremlin might be wanting the West to be fixated on the Polish border while the Russians are ready to invade the East of Ukraine or even the whole of the Ukraine.  ONE has to remember that that Putin has a KGB Soul, or that he even has one.  The West and NATO in this case should be placing troops on the border between Belarus and on the Ukraine border between the Ukraine and Russia.   The Biden White House should make it CLEAR to Putin, that any attack on the Ukraine will see the US in play and NATO.  The Russia Bear is sneaky it is not suicidal, there have been rumours that Putin is ill with Parkinson's,  one has doubts, but just in case a old man wants to take the World with him, it has to be made clear that any action in the Ukraine could lead to a War between NATO and Russia.  These are troubling developments.

The EU and the UK should BAN all flights from Belarus, also if the Russians do not place pressure on the President of Belarus the flights from Russian should be BANNED from Western airspace.  Let's make it painful for Putin, he is already consider a rogue actor of the international system, does he want to tell Russians why they can not FLY to the West anymore.   It will be like the good old Cold War, only Russian officials will be allowed to travel, of course the Russian and US Summit is not far away, so one would think that Putin might try to get some good press by telling the Government of Belarus to release its prisoners.  On the other hand Russia does not have that many friends, so Putin will it seems support Belarus.  The more the World CHANGES, the more it returns to past patterns.
