The UK PM is right, the West should not celebrate YET, lets see if the Russians remove their new bases on the Russian border, around hundred thousand troops and air support. Also will the Russians remove their troops from Belarus after the military games, also the troops in the Crimea have moved from the old bases to new bases on the border, that is a short distance to remove their troops. Putin one doubts is going to go back to his bear cave, he has see that the West has reacted as one when it comes to the Ukraine, this might have been a surprise to him, he might have expected some links weak links in the Allies. As has been noticed in his meetings with other World Leaders and his own Ministers, he keeps them at a great distance, one is starting to question the information he is getting and from who, his kitchen cabinet could be telling him what he want to HEAR, that is a problem. Thus the West has to keep its eyes and ears open, the Russian Bear might RAW back to life and fast.
