Lets Get Real:
We live in age of disinformation so the Russian Bear could be playing games, it has seen how UNITED the WEST has been and might decide it better to wait a while and keep its forces on the border and take action when it feels it can get away with it, that is a problem for the NATO Countries, do they still increase their troops presence at the front line or can they go back to their regular bases. It might be that the Kremlin has not expected a united front, it might have thought that France or Germany might weaken, the Germans have a new Left wing Government and gets most of its gas from the Russians, the Biden Oval has made it clear that the German and Russian pipeline would not be allowed to operate if Russia invades the Ukraine. The Russian Bear might give the impression of hibernation plan but its still has it claws out and its eyes set on the Ukraine.
