Are the Russians really withdrawing Troops from Ukraine Border ? - Ukraine Crisis

The Russians are saying that there drills have come to end and thus removing their troops, and Gipper would have said, TRUST but VERIFY, one is sure that NATO has the latest up to date satellite images from its member states, this could be a FAIT by Moscow, say they are moving then attack when the West is dealing with another crisis down the road, it could be Iran and its nuclear ambitions or China with Taiwan, the hundred and thirty thousand Soldiers on the Ukraine border are still there, if PUTIN was going to move them it would take some time, and it depends how far they are moving, are those Eastern Troops going back to the China border or are they staying close.  It will be interesting to see what Putin says at the presser with the new German Chancellor.  The CIA, MI6, NSA AND GCHQ in the UK needs to keeps it ears open, something does not feel right, Putin has given in to easily.
