These talks are intercepted, it's like the Russians are boasting about their crimes, its quite sick, one soldier states a Ukrainian man had his ears cut off and then killed.  The Russian soldiers admit to stealing from houses, if they can carry it, they take it.  These are the actions of WAR CRIMINALS, Russia should be ashamed of itself.    The Russian soldiers also rape women, and bost to their wives or girlfriends about it.  Putin's Russia must be STOPPED in the Ukraine.

Ukraine - Russia Update

It has been an interesting few days, POTUS went to the Ukraine 1st on his trip to Europe, great support for the Ukraine in speech, made Putin react, the Russian President withdrew Russia from the New Start Treaty signed with President Obama, and plamed the West for the Ukraine War, has Putin ever done a real history cause, his facts are wrong, it seems from news reports that Putin has support for the WAR in Russia, well he does control the media, TV and PRESS.

The West must send fighter jets to the Ukraine, delay helps the Russians, also it should be good politics for POTUS, he must sell US support for the Ukraine to the American people, who would have thought that Biden would be a HAWK in foreign policy after the disaster that was Afghanistan, this time Biden must keep supporting the Ukraine, its the right moral and political decision.   24 February, Anniversary of invasion that could still lead to WW3.

Windows Update failure

The latest Windows update has been a disaster, it deleted my all of my bookmarks and passwords.   Thus delay with this blog. Windows should have warned its customers, it has been costly in time and expensive.  Not a happy customer!!

Will the Brexit debate ever end, will the debate about Northern Ireland Protocol ever go away, this blog will wait to see if there is a new DEAL and what is in it, before stating a viewpoint on the DEAL.  As reported there is a green lane, for goods going to Northern Ireland and a red lane for goods going to the Republic.  It seems everyone can agree on that, the major problem is the European Court of Justice, it will be up to the DUP to decide if the NEW DEAL they can support and get back into the Northern Ireland Assembly, if the DUP say YES, that means they can get behind the DEAL, in the DUP seven points the ECJ does not come up, it seems from reports that there will be different levels before the ECJ would decide on TRADE MATTERS.  The European Research Group has a major problem with the ECJ having any say in the Northern Ireland, thus the threat of a major revolt.  The PM has to remember that the needs them for the rest of the year before the election in 2024, if the DUP have a problem and the ERG have a problem, it would be better to carry on with the Northern Ireland Protocol Bill, this will remove any problems between the UK and Northern Ireland, that is really annoying the EU, tough luck, the PM should follow the advice of Boris, show the EU that they have to bend, or they lose the lot.  

China WARNED by the US about ARMING Russia - Ukraine - Russia War - Biden Era

Lets Get Real:

As this blog has warned the rogue nations are starting to closer together, thus we have Russia with China and future arms, then there is Iran with its Drones and North Korea will its military ammo.  All these Nations are anti western and anti democracy, and thus see common cause, as the old saying goes, better to be hung together rather than separately.  The Russians have the men in the millions, Putin has shown he does not care about the losses to Russia, even if they are convicts gotten from the prisons of Russia, he will never give up on Russia.  China recent spy balloon shows that the China wants to see how far it can push the US under Biden, thus it might transfer ammo and arms.  The main target for China is Taiwan, it wants the US to hand over its military kit to the Ukraine before they can sent it to Taiwan should China invade.  WHAT WILL BIDEN DO? It is an interesting question.  Would the West's Navy STOP Chinese ships going to the Russia with fresh supplies of military kit.  It has been reported that North Korea is already arming Russia, and Iran it is reported is going to build drones in Russia.   This looks like the 1930s again, this time the West cannot WAIT, NOW is the time to defeat Russia, with Western Tanks for the Ukraine, and fighter jets.  Putin knows this is his time to WIN, before the above arrive, it is going to be a fraught few weeks for the Ukraine. 

Is a Revised Northern Ireland Protocol CLOSE ? - After Brexit/After Boris

There has been a upbeat tone to the latest talks, the PM went to Northern Ireland to talk to the Parties, every side seems to get that this could be it, a time for a DEAL.  At the press conference after the DUP leader seem to give the impression that the DUP would get back in to Government with the Nationalists, just a few things needed to be shorted out.  THIS comes to the classic, the devil is in the detail, will both sides in Northern Ireland agree to the NEW DEAL when shown the details, will the European Research Group who take their stand based on what the DUP says, follow and support their PM, the Labour Party has stated that it will support any new DEAL, that does not help the PM, if the ERG KNOW that the DUP is not supportive they will not follow a three line whip. Any DEAL only works if the DUP will go back in to Government, the role of the European Court of Justice will be very important, how close in the deal is the ECJ part of the process, that could be the sticky wicket for ALL SIDES.  The commentary is that that a deal could be done by Tuesday.

Normally long term leaders, like Thatcher get thrown out by her Cabinet, this blog was shocked to hear that Nicola Sturgeon had resigned, of late all we have heard from Scotland is Nicola Sturgeon and the debate about trans rights.  The sole purpose of the SNP is break up the UK.  The recent polls have shown that the direction is going the other way, due to the political decisions made by Sturgeon and the Scottish Parliament when it comes to the TRANS issues, the support for the break up of the Union has faded, the UK Supreme Court stated that the Scottish Parliament can only have a referendum on a Independent Scotland if it is granted by the UK Parliament, and that is not going to happen at present.  Thus we must take the First Minister by her words, that it was the right time to go, people will be discussing this for years, it will be like when Harold Wilson resigned out of the blue in 1976, of late new information has come out, it seems that the late Queen saw that Wilson had declined and tried to suggest time for him go, in this she was supported by Wilson's wife back home.  One does think 8 years is enough for any leader, Blair made the mistake of staying on for 10 years, before being pushed out by Gordon Brown and his supporters.  One must respect Sturgeon, she did a tough job, not my cup of tea, and held to her view, before making her mind up, that enough was enough.
