Rogue Supreme Court, Joins Rump Parliament - General Election 2019?

The UK Supreme Court has gone rogue, it has joined the RUMP Parliament, all 11 Supremes supported the decision, they could not find one that was for BREXIT. Also the UK Supreme Court does not understand UK Democracy, the Queen in Parliament is sovereign, that means the Government represents the Queen, which part did the OLD Judges not get that, the Queen is SOVEREIGN not Parliament, not the House of Commons or the people.  This blog is calling for the next Conservative Government to ABOLISH the Supreme Court, it was another Blair disaster reform, like the Welsh Assembly and the Scottish Parliament. Also one of the papers should investigate the JUDGES, have they done their career in EU law, are they associated or married to people who are Euro fanatics.  The Establishment thought it was right about appeasement, it was WRONG, sometimes the great and the good go off the planet, the Establishment is not playing FAIR, we have  Bias Speaker, a Rump Parliament and Supreme Court that must be having flashbacks to the 1960s or with age one has to consider dementia 

Trump impeachment inquiry- US Election 2020

Lets Get Real:

The Democrats are fools, they might just have handed Trump a 2nd term, he will all out and say that the Democrats failed with their Russian investigation, tax investigations and are now jumping on document that they have not seen.   Also in less the transcript between Trump and the Ukraine President is VERY DAMAGING, the Republicans who control the US Senate will not move, Trump still has the support of over 90% of Republican voters, and while moderate Republican Senators might move, there is no way that the Democrats will get 67 votes in the US Senate, and thus Trump will be declared innocent.  The liberal press elite has forced the House Speaker in to this move, it's all CNN has talked about, well in 2020 the Democrats could LOSE the House and it will be their OWN FAULT, the Democrats might have just fallen for Trump's bait. 

Warren's ROAD to the OVAL OFFICE - US Election 2020

Lets Get Real:

This is a two man/woman race, the presumed front runner VP Biden faces a great challenge by Senator Warren, she is now leading in Iowa, and if you read the above article, she has a great local operation, also she is from Mass, thus close to NH.  They get their TV coverage from there, so she is well known.   The question is what does Biden do, it's  a very simple answer, he moves to IOWA AND NEW HAMPSHIRE, he can not afford to lose these two States in 2020, if he does it could be OVER for Biden.   The former VP should be in people's homes over the Christmas and New Year period in the two States, in fact the voters of the two States should be sick of his face by the actual contests in February 2020.  DOES BIDEN HAVE it in himself to WIN.   There can be no more political gaffes, he has to take the fight over the Ukraine to Trump, show that one on one he will fight Trump and beat him.  Expect more polls from Iowa and New Hampshire over the next few months.

Let's be CLEAR, Ronald Reagan was one  of the greatest Presidents in US history, and as Lady Thatcher said won the cold war without firing a shot.  As the article notes Reagan used US Armed Forces when Iran attacked US interests, the President understood that bullies have to be countered, and let's be honest he tried to talk to Iran, thus Iran - Contra, when that did not work and Iran was shown to be a bad actor in, Reagan responded attacks from Iran  with force, let's recall Reagan's VP won 1988 US Presidential Election, no VP had successful won the Oval after a two term President in 152 years and nonce since.  Donald Trump will never be a REAGAN, he will be lucky to win  a 2nd term, he is the modern Neville Chamberlain and the Middle East is the modern Munich.  If you appease you LOSE in all kind of ways.

When it comes to foreign policy of the US President has vast power, even if he asked for dirt on the Biden family from the Ukraine Government it is not illegal, the Congress is equal to the Presidency, it is NOT above it.   An issue as to whom can see Presidencial calls would have to get to the US Supreme Court, and even then the US House might LOSE, the Republicans have backed the US Supreme Court will their Judges, the Democratic House would look weak and foolish if it lost an argument before the Supremes.  The Biden camp is fighting the charges from Trump, but also in a recent poll it was 2% behind Senator Warren in Iowa.  If Warren can make the case that she can take on Trump, then Biden might find he no longer be called the front runner.  VP Biden should spend all hit time in Iowa and New Hampshire, if he loses those States to Warren in 2020 he could be finished. 

Labour's MIXED MESSAGE on Brexit - Brexit Update 1 - General Election 2019?

Lets Get Real:

The HARD REMAINERS within the Labour Party will be furious, they will be stuck following the Party line, well those in the leadership otherwise during a general election the Party will be accused of mixed messages.  At least Corbyn has held on to his real view, it can be argued that Corbyn is a firm HARD BREXIT supporter if he was not leader of the LABOUR PARTY.   It is expected tomorrow that the High Court will state that the suspension of Parliament was illegal, and thus the House of Commons will be recalled.   This would be unfair on two levels, it's a political decision to suspend Parliament and also the Conservative will not have had their conference, it will be easy to see if the HIGH COURT is full remainers, it would be very unfair to allow the Lib Dems to have their conference but deny that to the Conservative Party.

As stated in previous post, the Guardian, BBC News and Sky News are getting very negative about a possible BREXIT DEAL, the tone for months if not years has been that the BACKSTOP can not be changed, and thus in essence its better to REMAIN.  If PM Boris can get a deal and it can pass the House of Commons ( a big ask ) then we are out of the EU.  As stated every comment from both the EU and the UK is being analysed and its importance is being viewed through either Remain or Leave viewpoint.  If the Supreme Court states that the House of Commons should be recalled, expect more trouble from the HARD REMAINERS, PM Boris has to get the UK out of the EU by the 31st of October or he is toast and so is the Conservative Party.
