This is a good day if you are a CONSERVATIVE and a BREXIT supporter, the UK will have a general election on the 12th of December.   The Conservative Party have to learn the lessons of 2017, no negative Manifesto ideas, get Brexit done, cut taxes, put more police officers walking the streets.  Protect NHS funding in the future.  PM Boris has to keep it simple, show the voters that they can trust the Conservative Party and paint Jeremy Corbyn as old Marxist unfit to be the PM, how Corbyn would take the UK back to the 1970s, strikes, three day week, looking weak around the World.  The Conservatives have to think they are 10 points behind, take the fight to the Labour Party and other anti Brexit parties.   The fight start tonight.

Thus today was another anti climax, very much like Saturday, the Speaker would not allow a Brexit vote on Saturday, then today the House of Commons voted for a 2nd reading of the Brexit Deal but refused to follow the Government timetable.   The PM stated that he was pausing the process, this is wise, the PM should go for a general election, get an extension, a short extension and then call a general election and force the Opposition Parties to refuse to grant one after they said they would once a extension was give by the EU.  The House of Commons is a ZOMBIE Parliament, most of the HARD REMAINERS face getting the boot by the voters, that is why they are afraid of a general election.   PM Boris should go for a HARD BREXIT, he has given his word that the UK will be out of the EU on the  31st of October.

It is all over except except for the set procedure, the Queen's speech is next week, then the Surrender Act forces the Government to ask the EU for an extension and then there will be a general election.   It seems that the EU will grant an extension, under the illusion that this will work for them, that would be a mistake, PM Boris will go in to the general election under a NO DEAL BREXIT, while the Labour Party will be roadkill in the middle, they seem to have forgotten that the average voter has the attention span of 15 seconds, if that, while the Liberal Democrats will be clear in wanting to revoke Article 50.  Prediction is a risky business, let's recall the Trump victory in 2016 and the failed election by PM May, thus this blog is predicting that the Conservatives will win a BIG MAJORITY, based on a no deal Brexit.  The EU will wish it had taken the Boris plan, sometimes hubris overtakes institutions.

Thus far the Boris plan for Brexit has gone down well with Conservative MPs even some Labour MPs, the tone of the BBC and Sky News has been negative.  The tone was more frosty than the tone from the EU.  The question is will the EU bite, one has to go back to the Surrender Act, it forces the PM if there is no deal to ask for a three month extension and to accept whatever the EU states.  Thus the EU might think it can say NO to the Boris Brexit Deal and after a General Election come back for more meetings.   The PM has to make it clear to the EU, that would be a roll of the dice, what if the Conservatives win a big majority in the House of Commons based on a NO DEAL EXIT, why should the PM give time to the EU.   If the EU had a brain cell it would take this deal, otherwise the this issue could go on for months.

The cynics in the political community have suggested that the Boris plan is an attempt to place the blame on a NO DEAL BREXIT on the shoulders of the EU,  while EU from sources have suggested that they are not open to a new deal as designed by PM Boris.  Thus we have a mexican standoff, neither side are going to give way or make a deal, the Surrender Act states that if there is no deal then the UK must ask for an extension to Article 50, PM Boris has stated he will not ask for an extension, then who will, will the House of Commons force the Cabinet Speaker to send a letter, does he even have the authority and then what, a general election that could give the Conservatives a majority and the Remainers will be left in the dust, that is why they have not accepted an offer of a general election, they are turkeys afraid of Christmas.

Thus IF the EU turns down the new UK plan for Brexit, then we reach an impasse, by UK law the Government must request an extension to Article 50, or will the UK Government try to find a way around the new law.   This blog has proposed that the UK Government Declare a State of Emergency, thus close down Parliament and have a General Election.  One is sure the Remainers will complain and try use the Courts against the Government, but the UK Government can argue that they will have a General Election no matter what, do the Courts want to block a vote of the people.  This is trench warfare, you have to be ruthless to win, it is a battle of attrition, the REMAINERS have to LOSE for the sake of UK DEMOCRACY.

The HARD REMAINERS within the Labour Party will be furious, they will be stuck following the Party line, well those in the leadership otherwise during a general election the Party will be accused of mixed messages.  At least Corbyn has held on to his real view, it can be argued that Corbyn is a firm HARD BREXIT supporter if he was not leader of the LABOUR PARTY.   It is expected tomorrow that the High Court will state that the suspension of Parliament was illegal, and thus the House of Commons will be recalled.   This would be unfair on two levels, it's a political decision to suspend Parliament and also the Conservative will not have had their conference, it will be easy to see if the HIGH COURT is full remainers, it would be very unfair to allow the Lib Dems to have their conference but deny that to the Conservative Party.

The mood music between the EU and the UK has gone better, the BBC News has a negative tone, they have been saying for ages that there will be no no new deal, well they are open Remainers, the same problem with Sky News.   If PM Boris can get a deal and get the UK out of the EU by 31st October he will win any following any election.  Of course if the Supreme Court says that he must bring back the House of Commons they with the help of bias Speaker could throw a spanner in to the works, the Remainers in the House of Commons have tried to tie the hands of the PM and he just might have gotten around that by getting a deal.  Next week will be VERY interesting.

A UK Government with a BRAIN CELL, the EU can not be trusted, this blog would not trust them with the last digestive biscuit on a plate, the question is what kind of deal is the UK Government going for, if it is seen as a rehash of the May deal the Brexit Party will go nuts and stand candidates at the next election, thus splitting the Brexit vote between the Conservatives, Labour and the Brexit Party, while the Remainers will unite behind the Liberal Democrats.   Thus any UK Brexit Deal has to hold up in the following morning papers and not seen as a sell out, tricky days and weeks ahead for PM Boris. 

Bias Speaker OUT - Brexit Update 1 - General Election in November 2019

Speaker Bercow has been a disgrace to the OFFICE of Speaker, he has tried to turn the House of Commons the US House and him Nancy Pelosi, there is a old saying, if you do not have something good to say about someone, say nothing.   In this case we have the exception, Bercow has shown his bias time over time, he has his pet MPs bring up motions that any other Speaker would dismiss.  Bercow is such a Euro Federalist that this blog is asking the next House of Commons to open an investigation in to the role of Bercow, who did he speak to on the Opposition, has he spoken to EU, and as a cost his pension could be taken away.   Also he should not be given a peerage, he has been a  total disgrace, good riddance to rubbish.

This would be a DARING move by PM Boris, either the House of Commons gives him an election or he will simply do a HARD NO BREXIT on 31st October, and then have a election, of course the House of Commons Rumb Members could take it to the COURTS, even the Courts will not want to get stuck in this swamp, or Boris could advice the Queen not to give Royal Assent to the NO DEAL BREXIT ACT, that would really be a game changer, it would force the rebel Conservatives to go against the Queen, there are limits even for THIS  RUMP Parliament.

Thus it seems that PM Boris is going to cave and allow the NO BREXIT Act to pass, a better and stronger PM would have taken his chances with advicing the Monarch NOT to give the Royal Assent.  Then the question comes back again, what will the Labour answer to be when the PM asks again for another election, once the Bill is passed when else can the Opposition use to refuse an election, it will be fair to call Corbyn a Communist Chicken if he buckles to the like of Tony Blair.   The Remainers should remember Hubris, an Greek word, victory can be celebration or a bastard born the wrong side of the bed, not kept in the front room, as to avoid the rest of the family.

It is interesting that the Labour Leader Jeremy Corbyn has stated in recent remarks that he will take a general election whatever the conditions, while on Newsnight on the BBC last night, Labour MPs did not seem that keen on election, if you see the Labour poll standing you can see why.  If Corbyn agrees with HARD REMAINERS not to call an election, the it can be stated that he is chicken of the first order, and it shows that he has no control of the Labour Party.  PM Boris should make it clear to Comrade Corbyn that if he does not agree to an election, then the PM will appoint whatever number is required in the House of Lords to block the NO DEAL BREXIT BILL.    It is time to play hardball, will the House of Lords really want a influx of BREXIT Lords, whose sole aim will be to give support to the Government position.

The Labour Leader, Jeremy Corbyn has been calling for an election for months, he can hardly turn it down NOW, thus tomorrow is a sideshow, the House of Commons will vote to extend Brexit and give even more power to the EU to decide if they give one and for how long.   No PM worth his or her salt would be able to abide this, you can not have 650 MPs telling the Government to give up power to the EU, this is an abdication by the HARD REMAINERS and shows their true colours.  Once they vote against the Government, the Conservative MPs should have the whip removed, one is sure they will get cushy jobs from the EU, who else will hire them, they have shown they are disloyal to the UK and prefer the EU, well let them go and live in Paris and Berlin, they do not care about the UK voter.   They are NOT DEMOCRATS.

Thus tomorrow around 20/30 Conservative MPs will commit political suicide by voting for a Labour motion to delay Brexit, the PM has been clear if that happens then he will call for the House of Commons to grant a General Election.  By the Fixed Term Parliament act, TWO THIRDS of MPs must agree, Comrade Corbyn has been asking for an election, thus he can hardly turn it down.   The result for the Conservatives will be to get rid of the HARD REMAINERS within the Conservative Party, the Conservative whip will be removed, thus making sure that they can not be be selected as a candidate to be a Conservative MP in the forthcoming general election.  The HARD REMAINERS have forgotten once you remove the term MP after their and they are thrown out of the Party, they will have to fight as an Independent candidate without a Party structure to support them.  If they lose, and it can be expected they will, who cares what they think, they will be famous in their own house!

This blog does not understand why the Opposition Parties are spending their cash on these legals move, the have a BIAS Speaker who has broken convention and will do so again to STOP BREXIT.   Our MPs come back in to session in Tuesday, and then they will use their number to take control of the order paper, then rush legislation to stop the UK leaving without a BREXIT DEAL.  One has to assume that Labour and the fellow parties fear that PM Boris will simple announce a general election and force the Labour Party to vote against going back to the public, the Labour Party is not doing well in the polls.   PM Boris should call an general election, the PEOPLE vs. the appeasers of the EU in the House of Commons.

As expected BBC News and Sky News are playing their role as PR for the HARD REMAINERS, they seem to forget that 17.4 million people voted to leave the EU, they seem to think the London bubble is THE WORLD.  Those that support a HARD BREXIT should gather in LONDON to have peaceful demos outside Parliament to remind them that they need to get re-elected and the Speaker can not help them then or the usual REMAIN SUSPECTS.  This is a matter of Democracy, it's the will of the UK voter against the HARD REMAIN PARLIAMENT.  One hopes that PM Boris knows what he is doing, and this RUMP Parliament is elected out of Office.

In less this blog is wrong, the following steps will happen, the Hard Remainers on the Opposition benches and those HARD REMAINERS within the Conservative Party will take over the business of the House of Commons to DELAY Brexit.   The idea of Corbyn becoming PM it seems has been benched.   It can be argued that Corbyn might not even get all Labour MPs to vote for him to become PM.  Thus House of Commons by law will force the PM to ask for a delay to BREXIT, of course the PM could just say NO, then we have a Constitutional problem, the Government under PM Boris will not move and you have Bias House of Commons Speaker who will bend the rules to please the HARD REMAINERS.  Thus we get a General Election, on what fun. 

PM Corbyn, BE VERY AFRAID - General Election 2019 ?

Any MP who places the MARXIST Jeremy Corbyn in the role of PM is betraying his or her Country, there are limits, the EU is not worth making the UK look foolish.   The voters in the SEATS of these MPs should make it clear to them, that if they do something that foolish they are FINISHED IN UK POLITICS, there are some who know they are finished and want to take the Conservative Party down with them, we know who they are, they have no shame.   This blog is calling on Labour MPs who care about this Country and not the EU to make it clear they will never support placing Jeremy Corbyn in 10 Downing Street.   As PM Corbyn, would have access to ALL STATE secrets, he would sign a letter telling our nuclear subs what do in the case the UK is attacked by a nuclear missile.   The US would withdraw from the UK and NATO, how could they trust a Putin crony ( he thinks Putin is not that much of a bad guy) in many respects in 10 Downing Street.  The Remainers are pushing it to far, do they think the UK will thank them, they are either have the ego of Donald Trump without the talent or they are stupid.  If Corbyn becomes expects the markets to FALL, expect the rich to fly away, how STUPID are the Remainers.
