Thus we return to an old D.C game, who is the new Deep Throat, ( not the film, the former Deputy Director of the FBI who gave Watergate leads to the Washington Post ) that secret was kept for decades, one doubts that this will be kept a secret, the Oval Office is on the War path and others news outlets will be wanting to name the defender of the Constitution as to get one up on the uber liberal New York Times.  The uber liberal CNN has covered the story to it death, it is about time that CNN dropped the C and just become the Democratic News Network, what will they do if a Democrat is the next President, just publish press statements.

As noted in this blog the home of the HARD REMAINERS is the BBC, Guardian and the Sky News, they will use any method to go negative on Brexit.   In this they have been helped by the former Foreign Secretary, his words might sell newspapers but it does nothing for him on the political front, the Conservative Party is the Conservative Party after all, moderation on the whole in ALL THINGS, with exception when the UK needed Churchill and Thatcher.  The Ex -  Foreign Secretary has to get his ACT TOGETHER or he will never be PM.

Thus explosive rhetoric by the former Foreign Secretary, it can be argued that over the past few weeks Boris Johnson has seen his chance of BEING PM going over a cliff.   The talks are going on with the EU, and the EU fearing it won't get the billions from the UK could give a deal that PM May could sell to the House of Commons.  If it is a SOFT Brexit will the hard remainers vote against, will the LABOUR PARTY vote against it, the hard Brexit supporters are the unknown opposition, will they risk losing Brexit over how the UK leaves the EU.   The will be more angry debates within the Conservative Party, while Labour has its own internal problems.   Politics is back!!

The Confirmation of  US Supreme Court Judge in the US has become a secular blood sport, either side trying to block a Judge if they think he or she is to Conservative or Liberal.  The process started in the late 1980s when Democrats blocked a Reagan appointment to the High Court, since then it has become a trench warfare, this is time it is a Conservative Judge under the hammer.   It can be expected that the Democrats will try to paint the candidate as  a racist, anti woman, you name it and they will try to throw mud.   The American people voted for Trump and they wanted a Conservative Judge, thus the will of the US voter must be respected.

There are always critical books on Presidents during their terms, even the great Reagan had a few at the end of his term, the trick is to show success on the domestic and international front.  The US economy under Trump is blazing away, on the international front the US is talking to North Korea, even through it can be argued that North Korea has conned the Trump Oval, as it has done with past Presidents.   On Iran the US has increased sanctions, we shall see what develops from this move, on trade the Trump Oval has done a deal with Mexico, Canada is still in discussions.  It would be foolish to write off Trump yet, politics is an art not a science.

As noted in this blog, the home for the hard Remainers is BBC News, Sky News and the Guardian, they will try to undermine any attempt for the UK to leave the EU.   As the Holiday season has come to an end the hard Brexit supporters have to come out of their fox holes and carry the fight on to social media.   Throughout August the hard Remainers have had the field, it is time for the Hard Remainers as in the shape of Boris Johnson came out and carried the fight to the House of Commons and to the press as he has already started. 

The Press Establishment vs. Trump - Woodward vs Trump - Trump Era

Lets Get Real:

As the articles notes, Woodward is part of the press Establishment, has produce books on every administration since Nixon.  The liberal press will love the book, it sounds very negative on Trump.   One finds it hard to defend Trump, all the negatives and his debasing of the Presidency, make him unfit to be POTUS.   One can only hope that Democrats take over the House in November and push to impeach Trump, the US would be better off and so would the World.
