Thus the TRUTH comes out, the mess that was Afghanistan and the withdrawal was down to President Biden, thus confirming what the former Defence Secretary Robert Gats stated his memoir, POTUS has not been right about foreign policy and national security for 40 years.  Did the Biden Oval really think that they could hide the FACT that the General has advised POTUS to keep US troops in Afghanistan, and if the US had done this, then the Kabul Government would not have fallen and girls and women would have kept their freedoms.  The Republicans should make great play of this, a President who went against the advise of his Generals, and thus made a massive strategic error.  One really has to ask is Biden fit to be President, one hopes after the Mid Terms if the Republicans take the House and the Senate that they have joint committee to investigate if Biden is FIT to be the President and Commandeering Chief of US Forces.

Taliban BAN girls from School - Biden Era

This is the TRUE face of the Taliban, the Taliban2.0 was a smoke screen for the media, it seems in all their years out of power that the Taliban took media lessons, of course most of the media coverage Afghanistan has shifted on to other stories, that is the nature of 24/7 news cycle.  The Taliban as this blog has stated are lying, murdering scumbags, how POTUS can look at his face in the mirror and not looked ashamed, he is Catholic, and claims to be a good one, how could he walk the other side of the street while knowing what the Taliban are, no one with honour or dignity would have behaved in such a manner.  The Republican should hammer this home in the MID TERMS and in the general election of 2024.  The World faces another three years of Biden, one can only image what a mess he will create in that time.

The Biden Administration and Democrats will try to create the impression that this was Biden's Dunkirk moment, that the US saved over a hundred thousand Afghans from the terror of the Taliban.  The problem is that Biden created his mess, the European Allies begged him to change the end date of the 31st of August, he would not move, the end date was a Biden's idea for the American voters, in that moment, 13 US Soldiers were killed and over a hundred and seventy Afghans were killed by a bomber.  Even then Biden would not move, Robert Gates was right about him, he has not learned been right about foreign policy in forty years and Ronald Reagan called him a demagogue in his diaries.   This day is an humiliation for the US, after the 20 years, the TALIBAN are back in power, and have the American equipment left by the US.  Also ISIS-K has become a THREAT and the Al Qaeda will be reborn, Biden has a lot to answer for in the 2024 Presidential Election.

Lets Get Real:

It is important that the Allies keep their word and get Afghan Allies out of Afghanistan.  Thus one assumes the US and the UK have had discreet talks with the Taliban, the agenda would be simple, allow US/UK Citizens to leave and also allow Afghan Allies of the US/UK to leave, and any one who wants to leave the Afghanistan controlled by the Taliban.  What can the WEST offer to the TALIBAN, the frozen assets of the previous Afghan Government and humanitarian aid to the people of Afghanistan.  If the Taliban Terror group does not do as asked, they get NOTHING, I mean NOTHING.  One can see if a terrorist group can form a stable government and allow for the Western demands, also that girls and women be allowed to have civil rights, that will be harder, as with most things there are factions, the hard core Taliban supporters will want strict Islamic law, thus banning of women outside the home, it will be interesting to see if the Taliban 2.0 comes out on top or Taliban 1.0 shows it face, a bunch of religious terrorists who do not deserve to breath.

In any other context this would be a great number, but let's recall we have LEFT UK citizens and Afghan Allies at the mercy of the Taliban and ISIS-K.  The Taliban have closed down a music school as that is against their agenda.  After the West has left, we should expect the Taliban to return to form, banning girls from School, banning them from work, banning Western culture, etc. The Taliban are two groups, one side has had contact with the West due to diplomatic talks, while the foot Soldiers WANT to impose their view of Islam on Afghanistan.  Thus to keep the terror group together and to prevent defections to ISIS-K expect the OLD Taliban to come back.  The West will NOW have to deal with the threat form a new Al Qaeda, Daesh and ISIS-K.  Afghanistan will become a home for Islamic terrorists, and all because Joe Biden is an OLD MAN, who can not understand that he has never been right about foreign policy.

Thus President Biden was as good as his word, he gave the go order to kill two high profile ISIS-K targets, one was a future planner for ISIS-K as stated on CNN and the other was a facilitator.  The revenge was swift for the Kabul attack, the question is if the Defence Department had these suspects in sight why didn't they take action before, also it suggests that  the Kabul operation might still be on going.  The Biden favourite line is that the US has a over the horizon ability, in other words, un - manned drones, that can be used instead of sending the troops in.   The problem with Afghanistan NOW that the West has left, is Al Qaeda will come back, and try to reform to its pre 9/11 days, while the ISIS-K will be fighting the Taliban for leadership of Afghanistan, and it might become a THREAT TO THE WEST.  One can say with some authority and a basic understanding of history, that the West will be back in Afghanistan. 

Biden's TRUSTS Taliban to allow Americans to leave after 31st Deadline - Biden Era

Let Gets Real:

POTUS thinks that the TALIBAN will allow Americans to leave Afghanistan after the 31st, how out of it do you have to be, the TALIBAN read history, they would know that  they have to just keep a few hostages, let's say 52 to make the 24/7 news cycle every day.   The Taliban might have the same interest as Biden in the Americans and their allies getting out, but with the threat form ISIS-K they might have to show their true face, thus they will not care about financial pressure from the West, most of the foot terrorists can not even read.  Also there are different sections of the Taliban, those that have been having talks with the US might have gotten used to nice hotels and being in meeting with the West and the UN.  While the foot terrorists might want to take Afghanistan back to the stone age, thus a thousand US hostages might look good.  They will KNOW that Biden will never send in the military back in to Afghanistan, also Afghanistan is a big place to hide hostages, the Taliban might demand the unlocking of frozen Afghanistan assets a price to release some of the hostages, this could go on for years, just ask Jimmy Carter about Iran.  Also if Biden is to quote the bible, I will watch TV's West Wing, that President does it better and with more conviction.  Also Biden was very low energy, can he really handle a crisis.  At the least the UK will be out in a few days, our soldiers have to be on guard.  Our thoughts are with the families of those 12 US servicemen who were killed by the ISIS-K terrorist and those innocent Afghans killed or injured by the terrorist attack.

This is the most humiliating day for  President Biden, there has not been such a day since  Saigon 1975.  It is interesting that NOW that Biden is listing to the Defence Department, they advised to keep a small presence of troops in Afghanistan but the President did not take their great advice, now his policy has been shown to be up there will Neville Chamberlain, he could have changed his mind and just sent in more troops, but with the advice from the Pentagon he got a get out clause.  The Presidential polls have taken a nose dive, they will be hard to get back, perhaps Joe Biden has decided not to run in 2024, of course he will show appeasement to Iran, then Israel will have to make a choice, either trust Joe Biden to defend them or take action, what would you do if you were under a direct threat, would you trust Joe?

IF this happens it will be a national disgrace for the US and the UK, we gave our word to our Afghan Allies and we have thrown them to the wolves, without much of backward glance. If the word of the US and the UK is to mean anything, then the US and the UK have to get their citizens out and also our Afghan allies, as stated in this blog, if your in Taiwan you must think about going nuclear, will the US come to your defence if China starts to play games, the same question must be asked in South Korea, even the Baltic States in NATO must be wondering if Putin's Russia should try to do a Crimea, will the US support its ally or hide under the Resolute Desk in the Oval Office.   At the virtual G7 tomorrow the allies have to shame Biden to stay, even if than means taking on the Taliban, if Biden cuts and run, the UK should lead a a force to deal with the Taliban.

Lets Get Real:

We have WEAK leaders IN the West, the US President should not need to ask the TALIBAN for an extension, he should just do it, and dare the Taliban to do something, that goes for any other terrorist group.  The US has the firepower to blow away the Taliban, but Biden is afraid, he is caught in his own PR mistake.  The August 31st deadline was for the home market, for the American voter, what the American voter does not want is a WEAK President who is not trigger happy, a great President will always have his hand on the trigger, to scare the life out of any dangerous opposition, how the Biden Oval will square this hole will be interesting to see, if he leaves any Americans and Afghan allies in Afghanistan the Biden Presidency will be OVER.  Biden if he had the guts should send in more troops, whatever the number, and remind the Taliban they are there by his pleasure, not the other way around.

Lets Get Real:

One hopes the American voter understand how much POTUS has damaged US security and leadership role on the World.  The messy attempt to get people out at the Kabul shows that the Biden White House could not plan a drinking session in a pub!! People are dyeing due to government process that does work in a crisis case like the Kabul airlift.  The US and the UK should open the gates, and take as many people are possible, it should not matter if they have the right paperwork, lives matter, paper and process can be worked out later.   There is a picture of a plane taking off with near empty seats, due to the vetting method set up by the allies.  At some point the Biden Oval will be sick of the pictures from KABUL and order an end, thousands of Afghans who worked for the allies will be left behind, also citizens from the West.  They will be the hostages of the Taliban, how grim can you get.
