It can be postulated that the US and Russia had such high level talks is good, it would be interesting to know who asked for the talks, and what in detail they asked for.  On the other hand the Biden Oval should be careful it is not played by the Kremlin, the Russians do not want the US and vice versa for both sides to start fighting each other, but the talks allow the Russians to mislead the Biden Oval as to what it wants and might bluff the US that it will never use a dirty bomb and then it does effect use a dirty bomb in Kherson, or starts another front to take KYIV.   The people of the Ukraine are being tested, the Russians are hitting the energy infrastructure of the Ukraine, they are trying to WEAR the people down, they do not a long term WAR in the Ukraine, they have the manpower but the West and NATO have the weapons, in the end Putin cannot win, and he knows that, he also knows that he is toast if he loses the WAR.  Thus what will Putin do is the sixty four thousand question, when his back is against the WALL, he hopes it is not a firing squad.

As suggested in my post last night, the incident in Poland was down to a errant Ukraine missile that was chasing a Russian missile.  The West can breath again, but this might happen again, the Ukraine Forces need better air defences, also the West has to be careful that the Russian Bear does not understand the lesson of last night, they might think that the lack of a reaction shows that the West is WEAK and will not respond should Russia try to attack Western Defences.  President Putin is on the back foot after Kherson, he has sent another waves of missiles yesterday, this the problem last night, the Kremlin might try a direct attack on Western Assets to see what President Biden and the rest of the Western Leaders do, no quarter can be given to the Russians.  The Russian Bear is hurt, and wounded after Kherson, thus expect more reaction from Putin.

The US and Allies will be checking with Poland as to how they view the debris from the missile hits, was it a errant Russian Missile, or a Russian Missile hit by Ukraine Forces that went over the border.  The US will be having close talks with KYIV, to see if they have any information of one of their missiles hitting a in coming Russian missile and that one going off course.  The Biden Oval has stated that it will defend every inch of NATO land, thus this incident might lead to an escalation if it was a planned Russian strike, if it was by accident, a Russian missile that was hit by Ukraine defence forces then it can be ridden out in public terms, the Allies might have to upgrade the Ukraine Defence Forces rockets, if the Russians are lying we have a WORLD OF TROUBLE, even WW3 can not be discounted, so in depth investigation by the Poles and the Allies.

The hope is that the Ukraine hit the Russian missiles heading its way and the debris fell on Poland, killing two people, if the ATTACK was deliberate to see how NATO would react, then we have a problem, POTUS has stated over and over again that the US will defend every inch of NATO ground.  The impression one gets from the early news, is that the commentary wants it to be an accident, how two missiles is a accident is open to question, is the Russian tech that bad, or dated.  If this was attempt to see the NATO reaction, when we have a problem, Poland could it wanted to invoke Article 5, an attack on one is an attack on all, one hopes London and Biden Oval are in deep talks with the Poles, they do not want to be the new Czech Republic of 1938, the Russians pushing to see how far they can go before NATO reacts.  The Russians are already blaming the West for this incident, one has to recall that Putin wants to divert attention from Kherson, a fight if only in language would go down well with the Russian public.  This is a developing story, one does really hope that it does not lead to World War 3.

Lets Get Real:

The Russians have gotten out very fast, a bit to fast, it does leave one with the suspicion that Putin is up to something no good, he could use the new Russian positions to fire at Kherson day and night, he could have placed Russian Special Forces in Kherson to cause havoc when the Ukraine troops come in to the area.  Also we have to look at the extreme, that a dirty bomb could be tested in Kherson, on the logic, if Russian cannot have it, then the Ukraine Forces will have to deal with a radiation falling on them.  The Ukraine Forces will also have to deal with Russians who have not gotten over the river, will they fight or swim for it, thus can be taken out by Ukraine drones.  The Russia Bear is sneaky, it will react to this defeat, also Putin has to show that he is STRONG MAN, he will do something nasty in the future.  This is one of the worst moments in in Russian history, and that includes the USSR invasion of Afghanistan in 1979.

The Ukraine Forces should be careful when they enter Kherson, there could be Russian Soldiers in ordinary clothes ready to shoot at them, also there might be mines placed around Kherson, it will take time to clear the City of these threats.  Also the Ukraine Forces should be ready for the Russian Forces to shoot missiles at Kherson from their new defence position, this is just over the Dnipro River, also one has to keep in mind that the Russians just might use a dirty bomb in Kherson, and try to blame the Ukraine Force.  One can see why the Biden Oval is trying to get the KYIV Gov to talk to Putin's Russia, the Russian leader might want a way out that it not a total disgrace, the Kyiv Government should be clear with the West that it will not be pushed around, the Ukraine Government wants ALL of its land back, and that includes the CRIMEA.  The Winter will come soon, then battles should cease due to the winter, the Russian Army will need to be rebuilt, the new troops should be trained before being sent in to battle.  The Ukraine Forces special forces should try to hit the Russians at their back, this is a long WAR OF ATTRITION.

Lets Get Real:

At the start the Russians wanted to keep the areas they had invaded in the Ukraine, also the CRIMEA, that NATO would roll back and that new NATO members would be forced out of NATO.   The idea that Russians want REAL TALKS, is for the birds or appeasers in the Biden Oval.  There can only be two outcomes, either the West wins, e.g the Ukraine gets its land back, and that includes the Crimea or Putin wins.  Anything else is just giving what Putin wants, he is on the back foot, he might need a way out, he might be in a tight spot after leaving Kherson ( if that is a real withdrawal ) or will it be a justification for Putin to use a dirty bomb in the Ukraine.  Even Putin one assumes does not want to drop the BOMB on his own soldiers.  The Ukraine Forces are taking the fight to the Russians, why should they back down, if they make a mistake, they lose their Country, while Putin just adds more land to the his Great Russia mindset.  The West should not place pressure on the Ukraine to surrender.

The KYIV Government should be be very wary of this action by the Russians, it was done staged and public manner, it has been reported that Russian Soldiers have removed their uniforms in Kherson and have gone back to their civi clothes, this would allow them to shoot on in coming Ukraine Forces and then record the Ukraine Forces firing back at buildings.  The Russian Bear does not play by the rules of WAR, they have done horrid WAR CRIMES in the Ukraine, so this move could be a very smart faint, draw in Ukraine Forces and make them fight for every building in Kherson or declare that since Russian Forces have been removed and the people have been warned to leave, that Kherson is open to a free fire order.  The Ukraine Forces should send it Special Forces to check the area out, also use their drones to check on if they will be fired on if they entre Kherson. 

The Lame Duck Session of Congress after the Mid Terms - Biden Era

CNN: Reports on the fear that the Republicans could take the House, thus block or waterdown support for Ukraine, thus after the Mid terms the Democrats, " might try to pass a mammoth bill during the lame-duck Congress, which they will still control after the midterms even if the GOP wins, to carry Ukraine through next year’s fighting.  "

Lets Get Real:

Thus the Kremlin perspective might be two fold, hope that WINTER is harsh, and that will force the West to beg for Russian gas, to warm houses and keep business going, the price would be the removal of Western support for the Ukraine.  On the US Mid Terms the Russians have their fans within the Republican, stage entrance DONALD TRUMP, the question has to be asked, will the defeated Democrats really want to explain to their voters why they have just given billions to the Ukraine, with inflation in double figures.  Also when the Republicans come in January they will not be pleased that the Democrats have used the delay in changing power to fund the Ukraine for MONTHS.  Thus Putin might be MAD, but he is not a fool, he could still WIN, and then he might try to take KYIV again, and will they WEST really stop him, if they need Russian Gas, it's going to get tricky folks.

The above annual exercise could be a Russian WARNING, we are serious when it comes to the threat of using nukes to defend areas of Ukraine taken by the Russians since the February invasion, also the Russians could be planning to use a dirty nuke bomb in the Ukraine, if for example Kherson was to fall to advancing Ukraine Forces.  Putin is in a corner, the West is not going to do another Munich 1938, we are not going to appease Putin and sell out the Ukraine.  The Kremlin must be hoping that the Republicans take control of the US Congress in the November Mid Terms, and thus delay funding from the US to the Ukraine.  Also doing another 1962 when JFK sold out Turkey in secret is not on the cards, everything like that leaks these days.  The Russians are up to something, just what is the question, dirty bomb, sending more troops to Kherson, or attacking a NATO Country to see the Western reaction.

BBC News: Reports on the allegation by the Russians that Kyiv is about to do a false flag operation by using a dirty nuclear bomb in the Ukraine as to blame the Russians, the article notes the following, " On Sunday the UK, US and French governments issued a joint statement on the Russian government's claims. They rejected what they called "Russia's transparently false allegations" against Kyiv, adding: "The world would see through any attempt to use this allegation as a pretext for escalation. We further reject any pretext for escalation by Russia." 

Lets Get Real:

The Russians could be using the above argument should they decide to use a dirty bomb in the regions they are losing to the Kyiv Forces, they are about to lose Kherson back to Kyiv, they are moving their people out, from their imposed civic structure to military forces.  The Kremlin is fighting this, because Putin has put the nation into partial call up of men to serve, a third time since 1914, 1941, over three hundred thousand men have done a runner over the border, this has lead to Putin imposing martial law on areas under its control, also it has move its nuclear command train to the Ukraine border, thus allowing it to launch a low yield nuclear bomb.  This they would blame on the Kyiv Forces and make the area a no go area for years, like Chernobyl.  The Kremlin thinks that POTUS is weak and that the UK has a very new PM, thus strike when the time is right.  Thus do not be shocked if a nuke is used in the Ukraine or over the Black Sea, were a recent Russian plane released a missile close to UK Military Planes, that could have been a TEST by the Russian to Western reaction.

The Russians have made constant threats to use a nuke in the Ukraine, the nuclear train has left its Depo and is moving it has been alleged to the Ukraine border.  The fact that the Russian civic structure are leaving the region and are calling on the people to leave could lead to Putin using a nuke in the Kherson, even Putin would not use the BOMB on his own people.  One does hope that the CIA, NSA in the US and MI6 and GCHQ in the UK have their eyes and ears open.  The West does not want to find out on the 24/7 news that Putin has dropped a tactical nuclear bomb on the Kherson region.  The use of low level yield nuclear bomb should change how the West sees the WAR in the Ukraine, one would expect that NATO would go in to the Ukraine, they have trained troops to deal with a area that full of radiation.  One can only hope one is WRONG on this, very wrong in fact.

This shows that the Russians officials placed in charge in Kherson do not

 fancy meeting any Ukrainian Troops should they take the Kherson region, Moscow is already playing down the Ukrainian Offensive, but as stated before they would say that.  The Kyiv Government has the Russians on the back foot, if they re - take the Kherson region this would be a major blow to Putin and Moscow.  The people of Russia have to smell the coffee at some point, the Russian people have a rich cultured history and one expects better of intelligent people, they should be out in the streets, opposing the Putin Regime, the Moscow PR has stated that the Kyiv Government is Nazi, well the truth is that PUTIN is using the Hitler plan, Putin is a gangster, he kills when he wants too and does not care about the thousands of Russian soldiers killed.  As Stalin once said, a single death is tragic, after that it becomes numbers.  The Mothers in Russia need to get out in the street, shame the rest of the population, even the Russians Army will not resist hundred of thousands on the street, the Russian people did this is 1917 ad 1991, this is the Russian TIME for FREEDOM, otherwise they will be tarred as being the same as Putin.
