Also when the Republicans come in January they will not be pleased that the Democrats have used the delay in changing power to fund the Ukraine for MONTHS. Thus Putin might be MAD, but he is not a fool, he could still WIN, and then he might try to take KYIV again, and will they WEST really stop him, if they need Russian Gas, it's going to get tricky folks.
