Lets Get Real:

The Socialist Vermont Senator is NOW leading in Iowa and has a chance in New Hampshire.   One has to be impressed with Sanders not his policy, but his recovery from a heart attack and the lack of the opposition candidates to use that against him, he is in his 70s also, well then you can argue is Trump, the combined ages of both would take you to over 140+.    If and it is still a big if, Bernie can take Iowa and New Hampshire he could be hard to beat on Super Tuesday.  It can be argued the same is for Senator Warren, she has a chance of winning Iowa and New Hampshire, if she can win both then Biden is is real trouble in S.C.  Also the Senators will have to attend the TRIAL of President Trump before the US Senate, that will take them away from the campaign trail, that could allow Biden or Mayor Pete to overtake them in Iowa and New Hampshire.    The Senators might say in public they support the campaign of Pelosi but not if it costs them the Presidency.

The Left wing Guardian wants to remove the heavy sanctions on Iran, the reverse is needed, after the Tehran Regime shot down its own passenger plane and killing over 170+ the Regime needs to placed on every sanction going, the US CIA should help the opposition to communicate if the Tehran Government is shutting down communication.   The Tehran Regime is on its knees, the US Government and its allies should use this time to break the neck of the Islamic Republic.    There needs to be Regime change in Tehran, how long will the poor people of Iran have to suffer the theocracy Regime, that has no REAL support and is kept in power by the threat of the bullet.  This is the time to place maximum pressure on Iran, destroy it while it is WEAK, it is an EVIL regime that should be on the ash heap of history. 

The Labour Leadership CONTEST - General Election 2024

The next general election will be in 2024, the Labour Party could decided the result now if it elects the right next leader.   The negatives for Labour would be Sir Keir Starmer and Emily Thornberry, they are London MPs and firm Remainer supporters.  While the election of Lisa Nandy or Jess Phillips would give the Labour Party a chance in 2024.  The PROBLEM with Ms Phillips is that she is a Remainer, and has stated that she would support going back in to the EU.   That will not go down well with Northern and Midlands Labour supporters, who voted Conservative first the time, as to get BREXIT DONE.   This blog is not a Labour supporting blog, that is VERY CLEAR, but its once piece of advice for Labour voters is vote for Lisa Nandy, she just might be the ticket to win in 2024.

The Doctor's companion Graham won a holiday for the Doctor and his companions, the Tardis team was transported to a new holiday resort.   The arrival of the Doctor bought an alien invasion of a kind.   It was up to the Doctor to save her companions and those that had come for a holiday.   The Monsters looked great, big teeth to bite people with, a apex predator, that is a CLUE.   The Doctor found out that the Holiday resort was a orphaned planet, one that had been made unlivable by the last residents.   While in the tunnels getting away from the Dregs ( Monisters ) one of the companions found out where they were! Along away some of the survivors allowed themselves to get caught by the Drags as to allow the others to escape.   There is a lot of laser firing.   The show had a political content, bit on the nose by the end, but that is not bad, the best Doctor Who shows from the early 70s had a political message, does not matter, allows for debate, even if you disagree with the message.

Doctor Who needs to move to Saturday, the Sunday slot is not working, while having a female Doctor is fresh, the Doctor has a massive ego, so the next Doctor should be male, we are 49% of the population.

This is a developing story, so far there is no news of any deaths or massive damage to the base, if there are deaths expect POTUS to react, if there is minimal damage then the US might not react, it really depends how good the rockets from Iran are.   One could argue that both sides have made their point and they will de - escalate, thus far it will be hard to say, there are no real details coming through from the region.  DEVELOPING BREAKING NEWS.

Thus far a lot of hot air from Tehran, not much actual action, that could be good, the assassination of Soleimani might make Iran think twice before taking action, they do not KNOW what POTUS will do, they might consider it limited, the Trump Oval might think that Tehran has not learned NOTHING and takes drastic action.   The appeasing TV and Press have really fallen for the Tehran line, thank goodness these outlets were not around in WW2, they would be pushing the German line.   The US and UK are on alert for any action, one can only hope that Iran does NOTHING, and starts to have real talks with the US and the West.

This could be a massive mistake by Iran, it would lose its relationships with France and Germany and Israel might think that Iran will become a nuclear threat and take out its nuclear facilities as it has done with Iraq in 1981 and Syria in 2007.   Also the Trump Oval will never allow Iran to become a nuclear armed power, it would be a massive threat to the region.   The Trump Oval has to make it clear to Iran, that if it does this, it will be crossing a read line and the US will take harsh military action, one that could bring down the Regime.  Also should Iran attack US CITIZENS or ASSETS the Oval has make it clear that the reaction could be the release the furies, one that Iran could never defend against.  Very tense days ahead, what will Iran do?
