Lets Get Real:

If one follows the uber liberal media they have gone off the idea that the Mueller Report will confirm a firm collusion between President Trump and the Russians in 2016.   Thus there stressing of the Congressional investigations and the New York State investigation.   Let's speculate, that is fun, and everyone else does it.  What if the Mueller investigation finds that there was collusion between POTUS and the Russians, by the way collusion is not a crime, yes that is true.   The effect would be political, even the Republicans would have to bail ship and impeach the President.  On the other hand if no collusion the Democrats and the urban liberal media is going to look foolish, VERY.   CNN would have to say SORRY for running with the story for two years, this blog will not hold its breath.   Let's look at past scandals, in Watergate, Richard Nixon was bought down by the Special Prosecutor who could link Nixon to the Watergate break - in cover up, in the case of Bill Clinton the Prosecutor could also prove that Clinton lied under oath, this was later confirmed by the House who impeached the President, he was later found not guilty by the US Senate.   Thus Nixon resigned, Clinton was impeached, while the best handling of a scandal was the case of Ronald Reagan and Iran Contra, to this day no one knows if the Gipper knew about the secret funding of the Contra Freedom Fighters, at the end of the day Reagan was slapped on the hands for bad management skills, Nixon and Clinton would have taken that!! No one went to jail, convictions were overturned and Bush 41, Reagan's VP pardoned those under threat of Court cases in 1992.   It should be noted that that Clinton left Office with a Gallup Approval rating of 66%, while Reagan had 63%.   One sure that the Gipper would have not minded, his VP was his successor, seen as Reagan's Third Term.   This had not happened in over a hundred years and has not happened since. 

The Likely End Result of Brexit - Norway Plus - Brexit Update 3 - NO BREXIT

Lets Get Real:

Thus if this blog understands it, Norway Plus would mean the UK staying the single market, ( this was the idea of the UK, under Lady Thatcher, she was rather proud of it ) and having a customs union with the EU.  As stated this blog is not much concerned about the economic side of BREXIT, so does not really have a problem with the freedom movement, this might not go down well with some who voted in 2016 for BREXIT.   As long as the UK is out of the political union with the EU.  After PM May either resigns or is forced out the next Conservative Leader might be able to change the board, if the Conservative Party is still in Government and wins a general election, a new Conservative PM with a mandate can go for a NO DEAL BREXIT.   Politics does not stop, nothing is forever, no Parliament can bind another Parliament or Government, if they have the votes.   At least the constant BREXIT NEWS will be over and we get ready for the Mueller Report from the US.  

How BREXIT DIES - Long Extension - Brexit Update 2 - NO BREXIT

Lets Get Real:

It can be postulated that the Labour Party, SNP, Liberal Democrats, Plaid Cymru, TIG's and a few HARD REMAIN Conservatives will vote for this option, to carry it through we might see a coalition of the above forcing a NO CONFIDENCE vote in the Government and forming a new Government.  Of course this Alliance will NOT LAST, once they have stopped Brexit the Parties have major differences, the Labour Party does not want to see the TIG's forming a Party and developing a local structure, while the SNP wants another Indy vote, while the Liberal Democrats will demand electoral reform for their support.    While in Opposition the Conservative Party can elect a real BREXIT Leader, and fight the next election based on the Conservative Party fighting for the people against the political and media elite.   Also we can expect to a see a BREXIT PARTY entering the race.   Thus those that think we have political turmoil now expect it to get worse, a rainbow Coalition Government will FALL apart quite quick and thus expect a general election.   Lady T must be turning in her grave at the shambles of the Conservative Party. 

EU Agrees to PM May's request for a DELAY - Brexit Update 1 - NO BREXIT

BBC News:  Reports " EU leaders have agreed on a plan to delay the Article 50 process, postponing Brexit beyond 29 March.  "

Lets Get Real:

Well what a day, another humiliation for the UK, the PM of the UK having to beg for an extension to Article 50.   At the end it is pretty clear that the EU thinks that the May Deal is DEAD AS DODO when it comes to the House of Commons, thus 2 deadlines, if the May Deal pass then the extension is till 22 May, if the Deal does not pass the deadline is 12 April.   In press conference after the EU Summit the PM seemed to agree that her deal was still going on, the Zombie Deal is like something out of the The Walking Dead TV series, it still keeps coming.   Thus what can we expect next week, the Government will place a SI ( allowing the 29th March Deadline to be changed ), then we can see the following series of events, the May Deal is bought back if the Speaker allows it, then that is defeated for the third time, the House of Commons has votes on what DEAL it wants, thus a vote on a 2nd Brexit Vote,  the Labour Plan, a DEAL with a customs union, , Norway Option, the UK in the single market, thus freedom of movement, the revoking of Article 50.   While this is going on expect the PM to come under pressure to resign.   Thus a Conservative leadership contest, the winner could be another Remain supporter or more likely a Brexit supporter.    The new PM will need a mandate, thus a general election.   The Conservatives are punished for Brexit, the lack of a CLEAN BREXIT and the Labour Party under Jeremy Corbyn wins the election.   The UK whatever agreement is still the EU and the REMAINERS have won, as predicted. 

The PM is seems can not be allowed out by herself, any other PM would not wait for hours in different room while the EU 27 discuss the future of the UK.   A Churchill or a Thatcher would have WALKED, dam the rules and demanded  changes to the withdrawal agreement under the threat of NO DEAL.   The PM said sorry in essence for the harsh statement last night, she looked weak, do you see POTUS saying sorry, the great US Presidents JFK only said sorry once for the Bay of Pigs, while the Gipper said sorry for Iran - Contra.   The PM must have been watching either Sky or BBC News, this blogger watched for hours, it was full remainers or those with an interest for the UK to stay in the UK, hardly balanced, but then neither channel is trying these days.  Both networks mentioned the Revoke 50 website, one could see they were happy.   Thus as predicted the UK will stay in the EU, those that are furious should have peaceful protests, also join the Conservative Party to DE-SELECT those MPs that have no understanding of DEMOCRACY.   The Hard Brexit supporters had BREXIT in their hands and they threw it way, they will not be forgiven, neither will the Conservative Party. 

It's the Fault of MPs - PM May - Brexit Update 4 - NO Brexit

One does not see the point of this statement by the PM, there was nothing new in it, everyone who follows this story or those that just look sometimes knew that the EXIT FOR BREXIT had been changed this morning.   The PM should have taken the bull by the horns and suspended Parliament and then allowed the UK to leave on the original date of the 29.3.2019.   The voter will know NOT trust the PM, she states that she will not allow the 30 of June to be extended, well I would not take that to the bank, also we have MPs who as still holding on to their hard positions.  One can only hope that France puts us out of our misery and says NO to an extension, that would end it, the Hard Brexit MPs would get what they want and the HARD REMAINERS would have to shut up.  Otherwise the MV3 faces another defeat and the HARD REMAINERS forcing another Brexit vote, democracy is really DEAD in the UK.  When the votes of 17.4 million people is thrown down the toilet, one knows that the elite are in control, and one's vote does not matter.  THIS BLOG WILL NO LONGER BE VOTING.  When one hopes rest with France, one is in TROUBLE. 

If the Withdrawal Agreement is Passed, What about the next Stage - Brexit Update 3 - NO BREXIT

"

This might be the solution to get Labour MPs to support the May Withdrawal Agreement, the UK would be out of the EU on June 30th, while the House of Commons as they say in poker would have a buy in, this hard brexit supporter can not see a problem. Of course the problem is in the details, that always causes problems. The EU has made it CLEAR, in less your are NUTS, and that includes HARD REMAINERS AND HARD BREXIT MPs that they want this issue finished with before the Euro Parliamentary Elections, otherwise it will become a FLASH POINT for the elections, the EU it will be argued is OUT OF TOUCH with the voters and is run by the Elites. One does wonder why the PM wants to see the Opposition leaders, could to make them understand, its her DEAL or the HIGHWAY, no others options, or is she going to say she will resign after her deal goes through. UK politics has never been more interesting.

This blog has SERIOUS OCD, one is getting the feeling that our MPs in the House of Commons has my syndrome, they should take my tablets and learn that going around in circles is not HEALTHY. On present reading it's the HARD REMAINERS, they are stuck in their trenches, our brave Soldiers moved more between 1914 - 1918 than our Lords and Masters have moved. The HARD REMAINERS want more weeks, months for more endless debate, they have not gotten the FACT, that it is OVER, the EU has had enough, they do not want this issue to go on for YEARS. One gets the impression that France just wants it OVER, it does not need the internal problems in France to get caught up in the Euro elections, there are rumours that the French President wants to veto a delay, just push the UK out on March 29th, one would almost like him too. Then everyone can blame the French and get on with our lives.
