The Russians will want to get their offensive off before the tanks arrive, so it comes to down to time at the end. The West has promised the tanks, so get them moving, the Ukraine needs a quick delivery as to push the Russian Bear out of the Ukraine. The next item on the agenda is fighter tanks, those should be given by those willing to give them, NATO or non Nato states. The Russians have been gaining ground of late, that has to be stopped, any victory by the Russians is seen as great back home, so the West has to be quick to prevent the Russian victories.
