The West has to keep supporting the Kyiv Government through the WINTER, it will be tough in the Ukraine, both Ukraine and Russian forces will be stuck in their trenches, one hopes there is no Christmas TRUCE as in 1914, the Russian Bear cannot be trusted, also Christmas comes later for the Russians culturally.
