What does Labour Want with Brexit ? - Post Brexit Update 4 - Post Brexit

Guardian: Reports " “We are going at a snail’s pace, but at least the snail is moving,” was how one Labour frontbencher described the tortuously slow evolution of his party’s policy on Brexit last week. “The question now is, can we hurry the bloody thing along to where it needs to be before it is too late?”  "

Lets Get Real:

The Labour Party has tried not to have a policy on Brexit, now it's crunch time, the Conservative rebels want to stay in the THE Customs Union, while Labour wants a Customs Union.   It seems that the Labour Party wants a Customs Union deal after Brexit, but they are not in power, and both Parties face the problem, as to what the EU will give on, it has been stated by the EU that they reject the ideas of May Government when it comes to Brexit, so both Parties have problems.   At the end of the day it might be what the EU wants that will be the deciding factor, talks are never easy with the EU, interesting week ahead.  The PM should consider calling an election, the issue being Brexit, the Country and Government need a majority Government in power, either Labour or the Conservatives.   Think it about it folks, Jeremy Corbyn as Prime Minister, it would be Life on Mars!! A return to the 1970s. 

Needing EU Approval for Free Trade - Labour Position - Brexit Update 3 - Post Brexit

Telegraph: Reports " Britain will be unable to sign and negotiate trade deals without the European Union’s support after Brexit under Labour's plans to keep the UK in a customs union with the bloc.  "

Lets Get Real:

The Labour position would have the UK tied to the EU, paying a divorce settlement and hardly having a say on new laws.   The Conservative Party in the House of Commons has to oppose this move, the Conservative Chief Whip should try to get Labour rebels to support the Government when it comes to a Customs Union vote.   The hard remainers within the Labour Party have taken over Labour when it comes to the EU.   The Northern roots of the Labour Party has been forgotten.  SAD DAY FOR LABOUR.

Mail on Sunday: Reports " May warned by senior ministers she could be toppled from No10 this year amid fears Tory rebels could join Labour on Brexit vote and the DUP will not 'turn up' to save her   "

Lets Get Real:

The PM has to make sure that the DUP are on side, and also make sure the Chief Whip has placed the fear of God in to moaning rebels.   The PM has to make it clear, if the Government loses the Customs Union vote then there will be a General Election and those rebel MPs will be de-selected by their local Party.   MPs are always afraid of elections or being de-selected.   The Labour Party is playing games, even now it is confused, it wants a Customs Union but not the THE Customs Union, the one at present.  The Labour Party is afraid of losing its Northern roots supporters who voted out of the EU

The Labour Leader Jeremy Corbyn will give a speech on the Labour position on Monday, the interesting question is what will he say about the Customs Union, does he want THE Customs Union as at present, or does he want a new Customs Union.   The Labour Party is playing politics, it wants to cause divisions within the Conservative Party and keeps its own Party united.  If the Government is defeated over the Customs Union we face a General Election.   The question the moaning remainers have to ask is, do they like their chances at a General Election and do they want to hand the keys of No 10 to Jeremy Corbyn.

Lets Get Real:

This above should remained North Korea that the US has not dropped the ball when it comes to North Korea, thus far North Korea has behaved, no nuclear tests or missile tests while the Winter Olympics is on, that is good, but that does not mean that the North Korean crisis is over.   The US can not allow North Korea to become a full nuclear power, the ability to place a nuclear warhead on a missile.   That would be a direct threat to the US.   It will be interesting to see how the Countries in the area react, will North Korea try a nuclear test or missile test, what will China say, one can expect support from Japan.   The one Country that might have a problem is South Korea, they want a quiet life, but they can not with North Korea as a threat.

Lets Get Real:

The UK PM under pressure from the moaning remainers in the Conservative Party and the extreme remainers in the Labour Party, even Corbyn has sold out is own views as to keep the remainers happy.   The PM has to be firm, the one thing that Conservative MPs do not want is a GENERAL ELECTION, that should place the fear of God in to them, or a word from the Chief Whip.   The Conservative back benches have to be taught a lesson, if the Government losses on the Customs Union then there will be a general election.   Democracy is good, but also good to keep the troops in line.

There are two roadblocks to the May plan for the EU, the first is the House of Commons, according the numbers is seems that the moaning remainers and the Labour Party could thwart the Government when it comes to remaining in the Customs Union.   Then we have the EU, the EU has stated that the May plan will not fly, thus checkmate.    The Conservative Whip will need to get his/her; ( and not in a good way!!!); Whip out or his/her private files on the MPs, that what a Chief Whip does, also place the fear of God in to them, with a threat of a General Election.   The House of Commons will be sovereign for a short time.
