After US troops have LEFT Afghanistan, What NEXT ? - Biden Era

Lets Get Real:

One gets the feeling that the Defence Department is covering its backside, just in case there is another 9/11, they can say that they followed the order of the President to leave Afghanistan and without actual spies on the ground the CIA or the NSA could not follow up leads.  Thus if Afghanistan goes down the toilet it will be the fault of President Biden.  There are even cross party concern about the move, let's face Biden is not going to run for a 2nd term, so could be out of office by the time Al Qaeda comes back, or Daesh makes it presence felt.   Let's recall what happened after Obama took troops out of IRAQ, they had to return as Daesh was close to Baghdad, and they are still there, even Trump did not remove them.   It is reported in the Daily Mail that the Biden Administration is not sending ships in to the Black Sea after a warning from Russia, so Putin gets to decide or frighten US diplomats on the placing of US Ships, another body blow to the US image abroad.  This has really be a good week for the enemies of the US.  The sad part was that they were helped by a inept US President.

BBC News: Reports on the Biden sanctions against Russia, " Ten diplomats, including alleged spies, are being expelled from the US. The executive order also bars US financial institutions from purchasing rouble-denominated bonds from June. 

Lets Get Real:

I say, WET, say again WET, how much of paper tiger is Biden showing to the rest of the WORLD.  Yesterday he finished America's longest war in Afghanistan, thus allowing Al Qaeda and Daesh to come back, now he places toothless sanctions on the Russians, while offering a future Summit.   Looking from above JFK and Reagan must be rolling in their graves, such a WEAK President, one would have hoped that Biden would have learned over the years of being WRONG, that he has a faulty mind set, no wonder President Reagan called him a demagogue in his diaries.  Trump was that on the right, put refused to be negative about Russia or Putin, while Biden is that on the left, placing sanctions that will go nowhere in the long term.  So do you smell a War coming, weakness leads to WAR, and it will be Biden's fault.

Lets Get Real:

Al Qaeda and Daesh if not already making in roads to Afghanistan, will know that they only have to wait for a new months before the US leaves and the terror groups will have a free hand to take on the Afghan Army.  Biden's National Security Advisor on CNN admitted that the intelligence that the US will get from the area will be less, although that the US would know of another 9/11.   Without human intelligence the US will be blind, Al - Qaeda and Daesh could set up training camps in the mountains of Afghanistan and the West might only find out after another 9/11 attack.   The fact that Biden does not have the stomach shows why Biden has been WRONG on foreign policy for decades as stated by the former US Secretary of Defence, Robert Gates, if Biden has been in power in the 1980s the Berlin Wall would still be UP!  BAD day for US security and foreign policy, Putin must be chuckling at Biden, what a weak man, he no steel balls.

Putin is acting like a canny out of control Russian Bear, his poll numbers at home have taken a hit, well it would with reports that he has built a billion dollar house, thus the Kremlin wants to divert attention to the evergreen conflict between the US and Russia.  Putin wants to see what Biden is made off, will he follow through with security guarantees for the Ukraine, and should Russia act, will NATO come to the defence of East Ukraine and the whole of the Ukraine.  The way that Biden wants to get out of Afghanistan shows that Biden has no backbone, and Russia is a bigger problem than the Taliban in the long term.   While Biden is showing weakness over Afghanistan and the Ukraine, the North Korean and Iran Government will be closely watching, is Biden the new Jimmy Carter.

President Putin must be laughing his backside off, Biden comes across as WEAK, showing concern and do something about it is something else, if Biden was stronger, he would place NATO troops in the West of Ukraine and say in a clear manner, that this is the line that Putin can no cross, the Kremlin seeing Biden as weak in Afghanistan and Iran will think they can push Biden about, and who is to say they are wrong.  The Putin brand has gone down in the polls in RUSSIA, what would serve Putin better would be a a man to man moment with Biden, he could invade the East Ukraine and force Biden to react, at present Biden is showing major weakness, the modern Neville Chamberlain of his day.  Weakness leads to WAR. 

Afghanistan Update Part 2 - Biden Era

Sky News: Reports " President Biden delays US troops' withdrawal from Afghanistan until 20th anniversary of 9/11 attacks...A plan put in place by former president Donald Trump had set a leaving date of 1 May, something agreed with the Taliban. "

Lets Get Real:

The question is what happens NEXT, there is an assessment that it will take the Taliban a few years to defeat the Kabul Government, then what happens, what if they invite back Al - Qaeda or Daesh and what if they do terror attacks on the US.   The blame will fall on Biden, the American people do not like WEAK Presidents, that was shown by the one term Presidency of Trump, winning is also not safe, in the first Gulf War, Bush 41 had a Gallup approval of 90% then lost to Bill Clinton.   The rogue nations out there, North Korea and Iran, will see that Biden will buckle and thus they can out last time and even force the pace, do these Countries really think that Biden will use military power, what about Russia and East Ukraine.  As stated, Biden is as WEAK AS DISHWATER, the 2021 Mid terms could be a disaster for Democrats. 

Afghanistan, the Longest War Update - Biden Era

Lets Get Real:

President Biden as VP under President Obama never supported the Afghan War and used anything negative to undermine the President and his plans.  This move by Biden shows that he is WEAK AS DISHWATER, the Taliban will simply wait for the US to remove it forces and then go in for the kill and try to retake Kabul.   It is reported that Biden will leave troops in Afghanistan to protect the Embassy,* let's hope that is correct and the US Air Force should be used to take down the Taliban if they try to attack US land forces in Afghanistan as they leave.   Let's be clear this blog has never supported sending troops to Afghanistan in the first place, its is the graveyard of Empires, the British Empire had wars in Afghanistan, while the USSR invaded in 1979, both sides found that Afghanistan and planning does not work.  But once the US and the UK were in we need to win, it seems we are throwing in our cards as we cant win in the long term.  As to miss quote LBJ, if Biden fails in Afghanistan then the Republicans should ram Afghanistan up the backside of Biden, its his WAR to LOSE.
