Lets Get Real:

The Obama Years saw the US appease Russia, Iran, Syria, and North Korea, President Obama stated that before his 2nd term that after the election he could be more moderate when it comes to Russia, this was caught on tape, thus Russia knew he was weak, with Syria the Obama Oval did not push back when Assad used chemical weapons on his own people, also Assad had the help of the Russians in his bombing of his own people, and Obama did nothing.   With North Korea we have seen Presidents as far back as Bill Clinton failing to deal with the Stalinist Regime,  thus the recent tensions with NK.  In East Ukraine the Russians have helped Russian rebels, with combat soldiers and weapons, the US under Trump has allowed Kiev Government to have arms.  Thus any lessons from the Obama Presidency can be thrown in the bin.   It is about time the US got tougher, low level nuclear weapons should be an option, that would force these rouge nations to back off, and that includes Russia.   The Obama Iran nuclear deal, was a sellout, the Tehran Regime can not be trusted, very much like North Korea, the US has to be tough and remind everyone that it has the biggest red button.

Lets Get Real:

This strategic move by the Trump Oval should be seen as a clear warning to Russia to behave itself in the Baltic States and East Ukraine, while also making clear to other rogue nations such as North Korea and Iran that the US has the ability to hit them first with weapons that have a low level nuclear impact.   One can see the elite national security lobby been worried, their policy of major nuclear reaction is not taken as real by Russia, North Korea and Iran, would the US really use its nuclear arsenal if North Korea hit South Korea with conventional and bio weapons, would US nuclear weapons be used on Iran if it hit Israel with conventional or bio weapons, therefore low level nuclear weapons that could be used has some attractive aspects, there threat should be enough, and their actual use if EVER needed would be a sign for the other side to back down, it's a scary game, let us hope it never becomes reality.

Lets Get Real:

This pause can help the Trump Oval and the US Congress to come to a deal on the issue of Dreamers, the President can say to his base that he is trying to make good on his promise to get rid of the DACA plan but he is being thwarted by the Courts.  The Democrats will have to decide how much their base can take when it comes to getting a deal with Trump, the issue will come down to the WALL, who will blink first, the Courts at the end of the day cannot decide such a major issue. 

No Deal Brexit Minister NOT appointed to the Cabinet - Post Brexit

Lets Get Real:

The above shows how weak the PM is really is, and how much of Remainer she really is, how can the UK Government be taken seriously if it does not look like that we would leave the EU without a DEAL.  A No Deal Brexit Minister would show the EU that the UK was ready to walk away if there was not a good deal.   The Brexit Cabinet Ministers must make it plain to the PM that the they will resign if she is to weak to deal with the EU, also backbenchers in the Conservative Party have to keep an eye on the policy ideas of the Government when it comes to EU, the people have chosen, the UK wants to leave the EU, not become a colony of the EU. 

Should Oprah RUN in 2020 - Trump Era

Really?’ and bemoaned the “impossibly boring” current crop of major political figures, making people more likely to vote for celebrities like Trump or Winfrey.  "

Reagan in 1964 started his path to the White House with a speech in support of Senator Barry Goldwater, Obama started his path in 2004 in support of Senator John F. Kerry.  Thus it has been shown that A speech can start the process, Reagan become a Governor in 1966, ran as a dark horse candidate for President in 1968, ran a close fight with President Ford in 1976 and become POTUS in 1980.  In the case of President Obama, he ran for the Senate, hardly stayed long, wise, ran for President in 2008 and won.  Ms Winfrey has the brand name from her TV show and is a successful businesswoman, and a good speech to the Golden Globes awards show, but can she face being in the cold campaign of Iowa and New Hampshire in January, that is a different matter.   Thus blog would not shockd if she did  run, after Trump anything is possible.

Has US politics comes down to this, TV presenters versus each other, Trump vs. Oprah, the Democrats must have actually leaders in its rank, someone who has a public record of either being in a Governor or in the US Congress.   The mere fact that Oprah gives a good speech does not mean she would make a good President, do you really think that North Korea or Iran will care what her views on feminism is, they will actually would test her, would she press the button, that red button, and let's recall North Korea and Iran are on going problems. #TrumpisGreat

THE President is on the job 24/7, it does not matter what time he gets to the Oval Office, there were critics of Reagan who started his job in the Oval at 9am, there is no pleasing some people.   The President has to deal with a crisis at any time, the World does not start or end with a 9-5 job for the President, Nancy Reagan used to complain that Reagan would spend hours at work at the Executive Mansion.   If this is the best the press can come up with then Trump will be a great President.
