New Hampshire and Jeb Bush - 2016 Race

CNN - Politics: Reports " Jeb Bush will swing through New Hampshire this weekend, making his inaugural 2016 trip to the first-in-the-nation primary state ahead his expected presidential campaign. "

Lets Get Real:

It is in Iowa and New Hampshire that the candidates are tested, the electorate is small and they have seen hundreds of candidates over the years, they expect candidates to court them, they hit the car wheels, that is a metaphor for the campaigns, test out different candidates, of course New Hampshire is the first primary election, if the same candidates win both Iowa and New Hampshire then they are on the roll for the nomination, of course some candidates who win Iowa do not win NH, a classic example is that Bush 41 won in Iowa in 1980 and then Reagan turned around his campaign to win NH and then the nomination.   At the start of 2016 it will be cold and the D,C press core will be with the candidates.   Before then the candidates for 2016 will pay hundreds of visits to Iowa and NH, some will even stay there, some NEVER get out.   As these two States go early the other 48 States feel left out, thus they have moved their votes up early in the year, the Republican nomination could be known by the end of January 2016. 

Germany vs. Greece - The Greece Crisis

Lets Get Real:

Of Course there is a feud between Germany and Greece, the Greeks have used the Second World War as a club to trash Germany, some modern Greeks have compared modern Germany to Nazi Germany and its actions in Greece during World War two.   The modern Greek state is a cancer on the Euro, it is either removed or the whole body politic that is the Euro will die from within.   The Germans have to be firm, NO MORE CASH for Greece in till it follows its promises to cut the welfare benefit strucutre of Greece.   It will be harsh, the people will not like, but it has to be done, the Greek economic system needs total reform.  TIME TO ACT GERMANY. 

The Greek Problem - Greece in Crisis

Lets Get Real:

These talks between the EU and Greece is like watching water torture or waterboarding, it never ends, and the results are iffy to say the least.   At the end of the day Greece will either leave EU on its own terms or it will be thrown out.   The leftist Government will never do what it takes, it would destroy their political base, the people of Greece have to understand, that for years of easy welfare there is a price, and this price is HARD austerity, Greece is in the same position as the UK was in the 1970s, its the sick man of Europe.   The Greeks need their Lady Thatcher, who changed the UK while she was in power.   Do Greeks have any of the brains of the Classic Greeks, one has doubts, poor Greece. 

US and Ukraine - Non Lethal Support - Ukraine Crisis

Telegraph: Reports " US to increase military aid to Ukraine including Humvees and drones..Michael Fallon, the Defence Secretary, says Britain also planning to increase its assistance "

Lets Get Real:

This is good support from the US, it helps Ukraine defend itself but without it being called lethal support, the Russians will complain, they always do, the aid will help the Ukraine forces at the front, they will have humvees for the transport of troops and they can keep an eye on the Russian bear through its drones.   The most important action was the sending of tanks to the Baltic States, this shows that NATO will support its members should they come under threat.   There have been critics of Obama's foreign policy, on this one the Oval more or less is following the right path.   One just worries about the Russians, they see Obama as weak and thus could try something in either East Ukraine or in the Baltics.   The US and the UK need to keep an eye on Eastern Europe, there could be further trouble in this region. 

AP Sues the US State Department - 2016 Race

CNN - Politics: Reports " The Associated Press filed a lawsuit against the State Department on Wednesday to obtain email correspondence and other information from Hillary Clinton's tenure as secretary of state. "

Lets Get Real:

This the start of the legal process, it can be expected that the House Select Committee will also sue the State Department for ALL of the Clinton records, this will force State either to go back to the Clintons or a Judge will have to order the Clintons to hand over the server.   The Clintons are making of a mess of this, they should just hand over the server, one can HOPE that the Clintons have not broken the law, they would hardly hand over a server that would cause problems for them down the line.   This has the smell of a Richard Nixon stunt,  but lets be fair, there are no charges against Hillary Clinton at this moment, but its smells and give a bad impression.   The Clintons will get through this even if others get tarnished.  This blog stated that should the Clintons have deleted their emails there would be trouble, the campaign is hardly toast, but the toaster is on, and the toast, that is the campaign could get burned.

Either Hillary Clinton is a email addict or she is hiding something, over a four year period would you get over thirty thousand personal emails, and lets recall the Clinton email was secret, its not like she was getting spam as know one was suppose to know about its existence.  The worry for Democrats is IF Hillary Clinton is forced to have over her server will there be any official emails that were deleted without a copy being held by the US State Department.  This is heading for a full House vote to get the server and will the Obama US Justice Department do its job or slow walk the process up to the 2016 election.   The Republicans and even some Democrats smell blood in the water, the Clintons should get through this, but luck does not last forever, even the Clintons have to face the music at times. 

Greek threats to take German Assets - Euro Crisis

The Greeks are losing the plot, even if they understood plot at the start, without Britain standing alone in 1940 we  would find a VERY different Europe.   The modern Germany taxpayer should not pay for the War Guilt of their great grandfathers, guilt lasts for some limited time, and the Greeks created this mess, they think the European tax payer should fund their welfare state, well the kind answer is get lost, the Greeks have to be taught the value of money, if that means them out of the Euro, so let it be, the Romans said beware of Greeks bearing gifts, they had a point.
