BBC News: Reports on the first electoral case of its kind in 99 years, an election in the UK General Election of 2010 had been voided by the UK Courts due to the allegation that the sitting MP Phil Woolas a former Labour Minister had made false allegations against his opponent, the Case goes to Appeal. The Labour Party has ditched Mr Woolas, if the Appeal by Mr Woolas fails this will be the first by election of the new Coalition Governemnt, as the Seat is a safe Labour seat the Labour Party should win, but the circumstances of the case might just allow a surprise, interesting case folks, how many in US Congress would pass this test.
