Lets Get Real:

This is CLEAR warning to the House and Senate members that they should not try to force something down the throat of the Senator after he has made it CLEAR as water that he will VOTE against.  The Liberal Leadership is pandering to the very liberal base of the Democratic Party.  As the Virginian results shows, the suburbs will go back to the Republicans if the DEMOCRATS push their luck to much.   The Biden Oval should try to get back to the deal it has with Senator Manchin before, if they push to much the Senator has made it CLEAR that he could vote no to the whole package, how many warnings do the Democrats need.   As has been shown by Virginia, Candidate Biden was not elected to be the new FDR or LBJ, the voters wanted a normal President, in fact a boring President, anyone than Trump, if the Republicans are smart they could look to the new Governor of Virginia as future nominee for the Party.

If your a moderate in a typical Republican State or a Senator, then you have to ask yourself, will the voters forgive me if I support the Biden Agenda and its big welfare spending, as it is them that will be running, not Pelosi in California or AOC in New York.  Thus it can be postulated that if the Democrats lose the House and Senate in the Mid Terms, WILL Biden run in 2024, of course the Democrats must be praying that Trump enters the race, then they will have a hate figure to get out the base, but what if he does not run, through ill health or he does not like his chances, the Democrats could face a fresh new Republican, let's say for argument sake, the new Governor of Virginia, Glenn Youngkin, he appealed to the Trump base but also got moderates back and the suburbs, you never know.  Thus the Mid Terms will be a fork in the road, for Biden and Trump.

BBC News: Reports " Republican Glenn Youngkin has been elected as Virginia's next governor in a major upset, with his Democratic opponent conceding the race.  "

Lets Get Real:

This is a major upset, the pundits said it would be close, but that the Democrat would in the end win, well that didn't happen, the Democrat Candidate Terry McAuliffe, a close friend of the Clintons, stressed that Governor Elect Youngkin was another Donald Trump and stressed abortion rights, while Youngkin stressed local politics, as a famous Democratic Speaker stated, All politics is local. The Democrats seem to have missed that point.  It has been argued that if the US Congress had gotten it act together of the Biden Agenda then McAuliffe would have had a better chance, it can be argued that the Virginia vote is a rejection of the Biden Agenda, moderates in the House should worry, should they support the bigger bill, a welfare bill, protecting people from birth to death, or run other way.   As for Senator Manchin if he wants to he can tell Biden NO, why should he put his SEAT at risk, it can be postulated that Manchin has the upper hand in this relationship.

Lets Get Real:

Someone somewhere on the Hill is smoking a joint, if you read the Guardian Blog, the Biden White House is sure that Manchin will vote for the social agenda, the leaders of the liberals seems to have taken it for granted that Manchin will vote for the social agenda. If you read the remarks by the Senator one gets the impression that he is not keen on the whole social agenda, and if he votes NO its over, or if moves Party its over for the Democrats.  It could be that the liberals have been watching to much CNN or either the White House is lying to themselves and playing the liberals or Manchin is lying to the press.  If I was a real liberal I would want to hear that Manchin is supporting the social agenda, otherwise the President and Manchin get the infrastructure bill and the Senator can walk away from the social agenda, as it is not that popular in his State. It will be interesting to see the liberal media play this, win or loss for Biden. 

Over night ratings for Doctor Who - The Halloween Apocalypse

This was a kick up the backside episode, the Doctor was in trouble from the start, and the episode started mid adventure, unusual for Doctor Who.  The Earth came under threat from the Flux ( non spoiler ), the Doctor got a new member of the Tardis Fam, any more would be a spoiler, who knew the Earth had the protection of our best friends ( no not the USA, dogs, man's best friend, my own dog, Max would like that ).  In turns out there are 7 billion dogs our there, for ever person on earth, not sure about China, they eat dogs, ( I really do expect much better from a ancient civilisation )  There was a odd alien who is a THREAT to the Doctor, he gets out of prison ( spoiler ) and goes and finds his sister, who is covering as a human.  The Flux caught up with the TARDIS, next week will be interesting.  Good dramatic and fun show, really a kick up the backside for the series.  Also who is Claire and how does she know the Doctor, and how did she know about the weeping angels, so much questions? Is it the Crimean War next and our favourite potato headed villains, who could I be talking about!!!!?  

On the negative, was there really the need to show that DAN worked in a food bank, and he refused the offer of a soup, his house was empty of food, political but not to much.  I don't mind the left wing politics, Doctor Who had that in the 1970s, as long as it does not upset the story.

The EU has never gotten over the FACT that the UK voters voted to leave the EU, they cannot and will not understand in DEMOCRACY, also that Northern Ireland is part of the UK in till they say they want to either become a State themselves or become part of Ireland.  The UK must protect the Good Friday Agreement, that comes FIRST, and if need be the UK should invoke Article 16 of the Northern Ireland Agreement that allows the UK to suspend part of the agreement should it have a negative effects on the community or democracy.  PM Boris has been tough with the EU, he must follow through, the EU is just playing games, they should tell the Republic of Ireland to stand a border on the border between the Republic and the Province if they want a border, or the Republic should leave the EU, either way the province is part of the UK, no matter what.

When it comes to the FRENCH, the UK has to be Perfidious, that is the only thing they understand, the French can never be trusted, as the French President has a election coming up and he faces problem on the right, thus this present argument, the French have taken a UK Ship hostage, and charged the Captain while fining another ship, the French expect the UK to roll over, Paris has to learn we have LEFT the EU and our waters are out Sovereign waters.  If the French start to place sanctions on UK good or transport then the UK should revoke ALL fishing licences for the French and make it clear, we can play hardball, and we do it better, the Royal Navy should be out on the WATER, protecting the rights of UK fishermen to fish OUR waters.
