Lets Get Real:

Thus the worse general election for Labour since 1983 and even then Michael Foot managed to gain more SEATS that Jeremy Corbyn.   One of the main points for LABOUR losing was the fact that Jeremy Corbyn was a the LEADER, the UK VOTER was not going to vote for a MARXIST for PM, they are not that foolish.   The Labour Leadership and MPs need to learn that they have to track to the CENTER, that is how Tony Blair won won three elections, 1997, 2001, and even after Iraq in 2005.   The last leaders after Blair did not have a plan and were defeated by the voters in 2010, 2015 and even 2017 under PM May.  In some of the interviews the Labour leadership has said that they won on policy but not with the voters, it is the last bit that matters, after 1983 Labour learned its lesson, NOW they must re-learn those lessons. 

No Extension to the Transition Period - Brexit 31st January 2020

BBC News: Reports " The government is to add a new clause to the Brexit bill to rule out any extension to the transition period beyond the end of next year.  "

Lets Get Real:

The PM is showing that he understands what the BREXIT VOTER wants, that means out of the EU or a trade deal that the UK can support.   The Deadline will force the Republic of Ireland to give more concessions, as a NO DEAL BREXIT would be a disaster for them.  The Labour Party it seems will vote against the DEAL, that shows that the Labour leadership has not learned from the General Election.  There will not be any more crunch votes in the House of Commons, Boris has a majority for five years or more, a good day if you support Brexit. 

The BBC biased against the Labour Party ? WTF - Brexit 31st January 2020

WTF, the BBC biased in favour of the Conservative Party, what planet is Mr McDonald on, the fact the reverse it true, the BBC when it comes to BREXIT is in the FIRM REMAINER camp and has been since the 2016 vote, the tone of the BBC has been to undermine Brexit and the voters.   The BBC has had to send reporters out, up North, the impression one gets is that BBC reporters think Northern voters are from a different plant, not the safe progressive Islington, the BBC has been joined at the hip with the Guardian.   The BBC is getting it from all sides, they can argue they must be doing something right, it would be the first time the BBC has done something right since World War 2 

Labour Civil War - Brexit 31st January 2020

Sky News: Reports " Labour's Emily Thornberry accuses former MP Caroline Flint of 'making up s***' about her..Emily Thornberry says she is taking legal action against Caroline Flint, who made the disputed claim in a Sky News interview.  "

Lets Get Real:

The General Election was only a few days ago, and the Labour Party is in a civil war, Ms Thornberry should not swear on TV, is in dispute with Ms Flint over alleged remarks.   The Labour Chief Whip, if they have one, should be in discussion with the Ladies to make sure the issue does not go the Courts, that would be a bloody mess and would make Labour look even more foolish than it looks now.   Jeremy Corbyn is holding on as to allow for a successor that will follow his agenda, the remaining MPs should force his resignation, do they really want him to be their leader in Prime Minister Questions, he will have no standing, the Conservatives will just laugh at him, poor day for Labour. 

Brexit Withdrawal Bill to be voted on Friday - Brexit 31st January 2020

Lets Get Real:

The main message of last Thursday's vote was that the people want to see Brexit get done, they want a deadline to mean a deadline, thus the UK will be out of the EU on January 31st 2020.   Even the HARD REMAINERS have stated that it is done and dusted that he UK is leaving the EU.  It would be a mistake for Labour to select another leader who is seen as a Remain supporter or pushed for a 2nd vote.  The Conservative Government will only be as good as the opposition, thus far the Labour Civil War has not been good, all the main contenders are either Remainers or those who are seen as being close to Corbyn, the Labour Party has to find its roots back in the North and with working people, otherwise it will go the way of the Liberals at the start of the 20th Century, small and of no importance.

Thank you the North, North East and Wales for defending the Realm by voting for the Conservative Party on Thursday.   The Conservatives NOW owe the these voters, there must be money infested in job creation in these areas, more money for the NHS and more police officers on the beat.  The Labour Party has shown that it is the Conservatives who are the Party of the workers, while the Labour Party has become the Party of the Middle Classes with degrees.  The UK voter decided in 2016 to leave the EU, it took the North to push it through, the Conservative Party should not let this chance go to reshape the future politics of the UK.

Lets Get Real:

The latest polls have a Conservative LEAD of between 9% to 12%, the polls are just snapshots, the voters who want BREXIT must go and VOTE, otherwise we face a HUNG PARLIAMENT with the chance that Jeremy Corbyn will be PM of a Rainbow alliance to keep the Conservatives OUT.   This blog normally makes a prediction, but this time NOT, just can't tab the force so to speak on this election.  This blog will have an awareness when its vote, and seeing who is turning out, older voters or young voters and the volume of voters, is there a line of people waiting?  My political instinct is saying a HUNG PARLIAMENT with the Conservatives as the biggest Party, just a thought, will not be betting on that, never bet on politics in less you are sure, this blog got it right with Trump in 2016, yes this blog supported HRC but placed a bet of £2.50 on Trump winning.   Thus we all wait for the 10pm BBC 1, ITV and SKY projection.
