SNP Falling Apart - Part 2 - Post EU

Lets Get Real:

The Scottish FM thought she could play PM May, that the PM would give way, but when you compare May to Thatcher you might be missing the point, when did the Iron Lady ever give up.   The SNP has thrown its only political weapon, calling for a 2nd Independence vote, the game comes under London rules, they have to say yes, otherwise any vote would not be binding or legal.   The tone from the BBC News is of shock, they have been egging the Scottish FM along, past commentary had the view that May would have to give way, well she has not, and good for her, the elite liberals appeasers at the BBC and the Guardian will never defend anything if its in the interest of the UK.   The May NO was  good for Democracy and it saves the Scottish people having to form an opinion on a 2nd vote.   The Queen will be happy.

May says NO to 2nd Scottish Vote - Post EU

Lets Get Real:

This is an excellent move by the PM, she controls the board when it comes to a 2nd Scottish Vote, she has not ruled it out in the future, but first the UK must get a Brexit deal with the EU, and then see the results.    This move out foxes the Scottish FM, when the UK is out of the EU, so will be Scotland, Spain and others have made it clear that Scotland would have to re - apply, the question is on the relationship, there is a strong anti EU vote in Scotland, do Scots want to be run by the jack boots of Berlin, or will they take the NORWAY option, that is following all the rules of EU without being a the table for talks, do not see the Scots falling in love with that option.   Thus the EU vote is off the table for the near future, the SNP will blame London, but at least you can bet to London and protest, how many Scots are going to go to Berlin and protest the fish policy, how many speak Germany is the question.  The men and women of Scotland who died in WW1, WW1 and other battles must be turning in their grave at how phony the Scottish FM is and how bad that is for Scotland.   A good day for the UK.

It is nice to see that Scottish people are more self aware than their First Minister.   The Scottish people do not want a 2nd Vote, the crumbling SNP argument is now that they won't join the EU but become side member, having to take ALL rules but not at the table to fight the Scottish cause, the SNP is afraid that Spain might block  full membership as it has it own Scottish problem.   So if the SNP gets its way Scotland would be OUT of the UK and the EU. The heavy boots of Paris and Berlin would decide the FATE of Scotland, did Scotland fight bravely in WW1, WW2 and other battles to be ordered by Berlin.   The SNP is phony, they can only sell one thing, and its a turd, a strong word but true.

The allegation by President Trump that he was tapped by President Obama was shocking, and thus far there is no evidence that this actually happened, so where did POTUS get the impression that he was bugged, as there is no back up to the claim the Oval Office needs to say sorry to President Obama.   There are many issues on which to attacks Obama, but he did not TAPP his successor.   The Oval Office has to learn that its remarks have real world reaction, it makes Trump look foolish to claim something that is not true, the Trump Administration is dealing with major domestic and international issues, it needs to be trusted, therefore POTUS needs to get his together and be PRESIDENTIAL.

The Governments of the US and South Korea have to show a strong united alliance, they must make it clear to North Korea that any military action by them will be countered by a massive US action, they should make clear that this is not a bluff, that the threats from North Korea will not move the close alliance between the US and South Korea.   The question is WILL North Korea take any action, this blog doubts it, they must know that if they took military action of any kind it would be the end of them, they are much more interested in getting news headlines in the Asia and the West, they make demands for meetings, but have no real desire to talk, even China is getting peeved with them, the missiles tests and the illegal nuclear test causes worry in South Korea and Japan, this of course alarms the US, the new Trump Administration has to be forceful without being aggressive, North Korea is ALL BLUFF with no cattle, they are margin players in the real World.

SNP Starts to FALL APART - Post EU

The SNP is already falling apart, it can not control the date of a 2nd vote, in fact in can not control that there will be a vote, that is down to LONDON, and the Conservative Government should say that there will be NO discussions about a 2nd vote in till Brexit is finished, that could be around 2019 or 2020.   The SNP has made one mistake, it does not control the board, it does not control London or what the Scottish people want, it might be even reading its own speeches, that is always a BAD SIGN.   As this blog has argued there is no need for a 2nd vote, Scotland has voted and the SNP LOST, time to move on and make Scotland a better Country within the UK.

The UK Government should say NO to another Scottish Vote, they have already had one, and the people of Scotland SAID NO, which part of NO does the SNP not understand.   IF the UK Government does grant a 2nd vote it should be strict, it should be after Brexit, and 50% of all Scots must vote, and then get over 50% of the Vote.   The UK Government should make it CLEAR to Scotland, that if they vote YES, they lose the Queen, they lose the pound, also they lose the OIL.  In fact they should not  allowed to have their own security, it would be threat to the realm.  This blog does not care if the Scottish First Minister gets her knickers in a twist, London control events, not Scotland.   The good people of Scotland did not suffer through WW1 and WW2 to be lead by a phony.   Time for Union Scots to say no to the SNP, and this time LOUD and CLEAR.
