The US Congress must ACT and now and not next year, the Democratic House should pass a resolution and the Senate Democrats should fight to get it through. A woman has a right to an abortion, in cases men do a runner and they are left holding the baby. Think of the welfare cost if abortions are banned in Texas and the cost in taxes, and more important the morality of preventing a women getting an abortion, its her body, not that of the State.
