If comes down the EU Meeting on Thursday and Friday this blog can guess the outcome, the French will demand the same level of fish quotas as they get NOW, while the Germans will have soothing words. At the end they suggest more talks, and then there is nothing, its a void, of endless talks before its the New Year and the EU will hope to blackmail the UK in to DEAL.
