In 2020 if Ms Winfrey decides to run the race could be over, the TV chat show host is a billionaire, has her own brand, and of course is African - American, if she runs the Democratic ticket is her's for the asking. The question could she win, HRC was meant to be President twice, in 2008 she was beaten for the nomination by then Senator Barack Obama, while in 2016 she was beaten by Donald Trump, the plus side for Ms Winfrey is that she has charisma and her personal story, while HRC has Bill, enough said. This racist comment could come back to bite POTUS in 2020.
